I’ve been going here for years yes the wife who runs the cash register a tad bit rude but I think she be having a bad day doing the pandemic the food tasted weird I think they was trying to save food because they didn’t want to lose money but I don’t like the up charge for using your debit card she told me VISA charge them but that’s they system they choose to use why we paying for it VISA said report businesses thats soliciting I have to find the number because that’s not cool we basically buying they system for the year in one month 🤦🏽♀️
Bourbon chicken was good but the egg rolls and shrimp rolls were so greasy you couldn't eat them and the crab rangoon was a joke
I'm giving them 3 stars because in my opinion the food is usually always really good. But they have no customer service skills whatsoever. They are usually short with you and rude. So if you're expecting friendly service don't come here
I visited for the first time today and when I walked in the place was not busy. The lady working the counter had her back turned to me as she was putting sodas in a refrigerator. I said, "excuse me" and as she slowly turned around she acted like I was bothering her to do her job. Well, excuse me, I am sure you heard me come in the door...After I told her what I wanted, she still continued to do what she was doing instead of relying my order. Not to mention, I could barely understand what she was saying. There was no welcome or no thank you for ordering there. The cheese wontons were just ok as I have had better...won't return. You need the public's business to make money, we don't need you!

It's been years since I ordered from them. They had gone up in price. Tonight I didn't feel like driving somewhere farther. The fried chicken wings had so many feathers and hair, I had to singe it with a match. Soups strips tasted like gasoline. The broccoli & garlic sauce floated. It was soggy with a watery sauce. The hot and sour soup was indescribable. Last, the combo rib with bone-in meal. They poured the entire pan of rib sauce over the rice. Ribs smelled so bad, I couldnt eat them. Never going back, disgusting. Oh, and I paid $35. A true rip-off.

This place usually gets a bad reputation from most people from what I read online before coming here. I learned why. Most people are so used to a certain way of customer service. Here at Jin Jin Kitchen, you need to know what you want, tell the lady (or whoever answers the phone) what you want, and come get your food. Don't over complicate things. Your indecisiveness is going to make things difficult and may influence your perception of the staff possibly due to how they react differently or don't react in a way you may expect.The food here is really good. It's a hole in the wall place here in Lakeland and it's my go to when I crave this style of Chinese food (Americanized).
