Went to the JJ located at Inverness Fl location. Very professional service. Went to this location, 5 people standing around arguing about how to make a sandwich. We stood there 2-3 minutes and no one came over to take our order. We left.
I love this Jimmy Johns! They are always freaky fast and make my sandwiches exactly the way I want! Shoutout to Doug, Steven and Andy for always hooking me up!!! Keep up the good work guys!
We like the lettuce wrapped sandwiches!!!we don't eat bread. I wish more sandwich places did this.very good sandwich!!!
Service is getting bad and I’m sorry for doing it this way but time after time week after week myself and coworkers order from them and quality is poor at best I called to discuss the manor and was told they have loads of deliveries and it would be a while so as I wait I want to share the complete disappointment and am hoping they actually remake my food and get back to what they once was

Fast friendly service. Music was a bit loud for my liking but we were able to still have a conversation during our meal
First time visit to Jimmy Johns. This location was very nice. The employees were super friendly and service was fast. The sandwich was just average. I did get a pretty basic turkey sandwich, but even then it was just meh. I did enjoy their bread though. If I go again I might try another sub to see if it's any better.
So sad ..that all they have to do is make Subs! Fresh meat fresh veggies and bread. I used to get a gargantuan sub. It was good ..but pricey. Got a turkey sub last week...the tomatoes were the size of a quarter and not even fresh! Cost me 16 bucks.after tip. Publix subs 7 bucks!!! Loaded fresh and Awesome!! Step it up Jimmy!!
My advice would be to stay away! Today I ordered a BLT sandwich from Jimmy John's. Let me tell you never again would I order from them. The service was fast, but the sandwich was horrible. I Don't know what kind of bacon that they are using, but it wasn't regular bacon! It had a nasty smell and when I tried to warm up the bacon the smell got worst. Then when I called the store to ask the young lady what kind of bacon they are serving because in my order the bacon had a funny smell and it was cold. (Her Reply was, I don't know it doesn't say it on the box.) Really? are you kidding me if I order a BLT sandwich.... I want fresh Bacon!
