The sandwiches were sloppy made. Luckily my son isn't allergic to tomatoes. I asked for them not to be on the sub and it still came with tomatoes on it. My son had to use the restroom but a homeless man walked in and stayed inside the restroom whole time we were there. The manager and a guest got into a argument causing a family that was waiting for service to walk out, about a family of 10. I don't know what changed but this location is slowly peddling down hill. I won't be returning to this Jimmy John's.

I can’t stop looking at this ridiculous sandwich that I just received from JImmy John’s. “Oh no they didn’t”- In my best Kalen Allen voice … I will NEVER be back in this sandwich shop. Who would pay for this? Much less: 20.04. ! When I called to express how disappointed I was the staff member simply said, “ well you ordered it like that on the web”. Well, I had no idea that a “slim” did not include lettuce, tomato, condiments, or any anyThing. There was also no option to add it. Anyways this place is NOT for me. Def not Publix, Southwest, Starbucks -style service eitherrrrr. Firehouse, Jersey Mike take the wheel! ?
Do not go here! The staff allows the homeless to use the restrooms as their personal bathroom. Twice while dinning in we had to wait more than 10 min for one of our children to use the restroom just to find out a non paying customer was in there doing who knows what. We will never eat there again.
Eric is one of the fastest delivery drivers I’ve ever had ! His bike is wicked. Got my order in less than 10 minutes. I would deff like to see him become manager someday because he deff runs the show

This location is a bit rough. Fast and friendly service, but my bread was burnt, barely any lettuce, and I didn't get my cookie. Not a great lunch for $14.

I surely do love eating at Jimmy John's. I love their subs and especially their chocolate chip cookies. ? Their sweet tea is also really delicious, too. Let's just say that I used to love Subway and now I don't even go there for their subs anymore. That's how much I love Jimmy John's. ?
Two times placing a delivery order I asked for just meat only on sandwich they deliver with everything on it and it is kind of hard to remove mayo off sandwich which I had to throw away they need to pay attention to the orders and what people order I don't think I will return
