I had a couple of bad experiences in this place.From bad customer service, taking the wrong orders, making the wrong pizzas, arguing with the customer over the phone and even in person.The worst part is that all of that comes from the manager. What a great example for the employees.But don’t worry, I’ll make sure every single person I know never buys from this place.
So I was there when this Joesph guy was complaining about his order. I heard the whole conversation. So I feel like I need to step in and defend this young man and this store, as I have been going to Jets for the last 6 or so years. I asked to see Joesph ticket after he had left and on there it was from speedline, so the order was placed online meaning he made the order and paid for it online. He was yelling at the young man telling him that he made his order wrong, and that what he had was not what he ordered. Which clearly what was made, was exactly on the ticket. So Joesph is being irate in the lobby with other customers around making a scene over his own mistake, and taking it out on the poor employees.The store was already extremely busy, as I could see the other employees rushing around getting stuff done and answering the phones. They seemed to be understaffed for how busy it was, oddly on a Monday. Do not take this man's review seriously, he was being rude and giving the employees a hard time, when they were already extremely busy. I have never had a single issue with Jets pizza. They are always polite and very helpful. If you're gonna be rude and disrespectful, what do you really expect to receive in return? Me and my family and friends love Jets, especially the new Northside store. We won't get pizza from anywhere else!!
Best pizza in all of lakeland! Never was a fan of deep dish pizza until I had theirs and WOW, have i been missing out ! management and staff are always sweet and kind and are willing to accommodate even the smallest of requests! If something goes wrong on their end, they are always willing to fix it for you with a smile on their face! Dont understand all of the negative reviews, don't be complex / difficult and maybe things will go right for you. Little pricier on terms of pizza prices, but SO WORTH IT !!! make sure you ask for dressings, sauces, red pepper and parmesan because they can't read your mind !! love this place .
Very rude management(short guy that looks he is high on something)Made me the wrong pizza. Instead of correct it they decided to argue with a me trying to blame their mistake on me.Everything could’ve been fixed by making another pizza. Instead he decided to argue with me.I asked him to get my money back and he took the pizzas back and slammed them in the trash can with an attitude.First and last time I order from this place.
Jets pizza is awesome!! Remember when French fries used to be so good you had to eat a couple before you got home with the food? Well I always sit in my car and eat a square of pizza before I take it home!!! It's that good! They are fast & friendly. The place looks nice & clean. ??
Nope. I ordered 3 pizzas for more than $50. Two tiny pizzas and one slice in a box showed up at my door. Manager “Jason” told me I need to “ get over myself”Keep acting like that and you’ll be out of business sooner rather than later.I’ll be sorting this out on Monday when the adults are running the show again. Food is always hot and fresh with fresh ingredients! Bit pricy but you get what you pay for. They always have changing deals that accommodate to that though. Service is amazing and fast as they can be. Anyone that’s told me otherwise seems to have had an issue with the third party deliveries or aren’t understanding of everywhere being short staffed right now. Never was a fan of deep dish due to it not being cooked all the way anywhere else I went, but I love the deep dish here! The dough is always freshly made everyday and cooked perfectly. It’s also good to know it’s locally owned, not some out of touch corporatized money hungry restaurant like other pizza places. Plus the management and customer service across the board has been phenomenal and understanding. They’re always more than accommodating if something was wrong on their end, which is refreshing to see this day in age.
I ordered a pizza by phone they said it would take 45 - 1hr which is understandable. I waited a bit over an hour before calling again to ask about my pizza and they told me the delivery driver tried to contact me by phone and knocked on my door. When I live in a small apartment about five minutes from the store, was sitting with my phone on my lap and by my door. My dogs will notice any noise and there was zero missed calls on my phone. When I tried to tell them that I could hear someone in the background speaking rudely then the person I spoke with was rude as well. When I tried to speak to them saying that the pizza would most likely be cold they said it be another whole hour for a pizza and then was rude when I spoke and said that we had already been waiting for a long time. He got upset with me and then said he would send out the delivery guy again and void the cost hanging up. Like I didn't mind paying for the pizza the customer service at this location is abysmal. My issue was the lack of communication with the driver and me. Then the management was rude on top of it all.
placed order online, it was sent to the wrong location and the people there accepted. That was okay but when I called asking for a refund they told me verbatim "it is very hard for me to believe you don't have a pizza there? are we getting ripped off?" After I insisted I did not have a pizza they told me they will void my ticket and then hung up on my face. I understood the delivery mistake but I did not like the customer service, very disrespectful.
I’m sorry to do a bad review. Jet’s based out of my home state of TN. The pizza I ordered last night was not up to par. Half was supposed to be veggie with sausage and other side was a supreme. There were 3 pieces veggie and the rest supreme. I thought I ordered thin crust but was told I didn’t. That was my fault but there was no way for me to confirm. In the end, my first pizza order in FL was sad ?
