Excellent! Fresh... made to order and sliced fresh ingredients! My first time trying one! Not necessarily, inexpensive but the giant was a perfect size for my hubby and I to split for a meal, so worth every penny!
The sandwich is excellent but someone explain to the cashier that don't throw the bag to a customer, smile no matter what happen and if the customer said to you have a nice day, say something like "you to"... Basic customer service 101...
I came to this location because the one on North 98 is closed. Worst Philly cheesesteak ever! I asked for mayo and none was on the sandwich. Doesn't taste like any salt or pepper either! How can you mess up a Philly cheesesteak!!
The absolute worst Jersey Mikes I have ever been to. My 26 sub was cold and 95% lettuce. Chicken wasn't terrible. Was also told they won't put a cold sub on the grill. The first time thats ever happened.
Came from WH. Stopped in last night 5/18 since we were at the vet next door. My son had already eaten dinner but I got him a sub for today 5/19. He opened his Buffalo Chicken sub today and it’s a giant Veggie sub, not the Regular Buff chicken. If you try to discuss or question the details of your order , while it’s being processed , the staff snaps at you like they have it all straight and under control when they clearly do not. In total I ordered 4 subs for $54 and change. They won’t get my $ again. ????? WH location WAY better.
Good food. Service not so much. Didn't see one smile from the staff. I felt like I inconvenienced them by walking in the door
Went to Jersey Mike's today to support the special Olympics. It was very busy the staff did a great job and the manger was in the middle leading her staff Awsome. The subs were amazing and we will be back for sure
Can't tell you how the sandwiches are. Can only tell you that we have tried ordering from this place 2 times now and at 7:30pm on they never have enough bread. Looks like our work will look for a new place.
Tall young blonde man that was at the front tonight. (Sunday 9 Jan)Thank you! Service was immaculate. Everything was fresh and quick. He offered me a cheaper option. He did make a mistake but I didn't even know till the end. He corrected it and had it fixed faster than it even happened. He was very kind and knowledgeable. If he isn't a manager, he should be. Speedy, efficient and perfect customer service. I had a very long day and that experience made it so much better!
Got lunch inside at 12:45 today. The service was friendly and prompt and the subs were delicious. Love the rosemary parmesan bread, it has just the right amount to enhance the flavor of the bread without overpowering the sandwich. Also the store was clean and the tea tasted very fresh. We will be back
