A smile goes a long way.Honestly, when this location first opened the service was amazing! Friendly, happy, smiling, helpful. It has definitely gone down hill. The people taking orders say nothing as you walk in or when you approach the counter. They stare and wait for you to speak first. A smile and welcoming greeting would go a long way. In today's world, a customer can chose to go anywhere to eat. I will chose a friendly, happy place over a place that makes me feel unwelcome.

After living in Lakeland for 7 years I finally decided to try Jason’s Deli and I’m so upset I waited so long. I got the chicken club salad and added a few extras as well as the chicken pot pie soup. So yummy and exactly what I ordered. Drive thru was very friendly and quick. Definitely will be coming back. :)
For how expensive everything is and there silverware is made in China lol also got double charged for salad bar didn't notice until I left.
The pastrami Reuben is excellent, big portion of a not too salty pastrami, good kraut, and adding some spicy mustard to the 1000 Island dressing is a great choice ?. Salad bar with a decent amount of choices, everything very fresh, nice selection of dressings, I chose the jalapeño ranch which is amazing. All in all a great experience. Need to go back for a loaded potato, the table next to us had one and woah!
I feel like most people in FL, or potentially a lot of the east coast, haven't had the pleasure of experiencing Jason's Deli. To me it's very similar to Panera but has better portions, price, flavor, and variety on the menu. They have amazing sandwiches, a huge salad bar, always fresh ingredients, and free ice cream!! You have to try it if you haven't already!
The food is quality, a fresh salad bar,and affordable.Staff very pleasant, a great experience all in all.Recommend. It was very clean and kept up.
