I paid for topping just for them not to put them on the pizza then got sassy on the phone when I callled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STORE #00135!
My kids love this pizza and we order often. Tonight we wanted delivery and our $8 became a $21 pizza??? I get adding a delivery fee but that is crazy. We live right down the road. We picked it up instead and will not be going back.
Order online. Was ready we only had to wait 5 minutes when we got there . The young lady in the drive through was very nice . It was very cheesy. The best pizza I have ever had
Hungry Howie's is my go-to late night pizza and wings joint. They never get my order wrong and the pizza is always delicious and hot! The three times cooked wings are crispy and tasty! If you don't know Hungry Howie's then you're missing out especially after a couple of beers haha
Too expensive and the large pizza was more like a medium size. You can't even call and customize your own sandwich, like a Philly cheese steak. The insist on putting mushrooms in it, they don't do fried onions, and they don't use ricotta cheese or garlic powder...
The last 3 times I’ve ordered it’s been completely screwed up because they went to a call center and no one speaks great English. Dear lawddd I had to go to church 3 x after I spoke to them. And the pizza was so greasy we could not eat it . Totally disappointed. What happened to y’all ?
Had issues with order taking and manager on Sunday 6-12..(never got my pizza and salad)Corey called the next day and unlike the shift manager on Sunday he handled things professionally . There was no changing yesterday, but he explained they were short on help and did what he could to make amends. Altered my original post because of Corey's efforts and concern.
Sometimes when you call hungry Howies you get the actual store but most of the time you get some kind of call-center and it takes a lot longer to order and they charge you twice as much as if you called the store, they don’t apply any of their specials and I usually just cancel and go to Papa John’s. So hungry Howie you’re losing money by having that stupid call center take the orders and I’m not the only one who’s said this!!
They were training someone, we had to repeat order several times. I couldn't get my pizza the way I wanted so settled for there special.
If I could I would give them no starsThey burned our pizzas and said they wouldn't replace them. I stopped in to speak to a manager CORY. He said it wasn't burned. I showed him photos he said that's how it comes. I explained to him we order all the time and this is not what we receive. Unbelievable so called manager and terrible service
