My food was lukewarm and so was my friend's. The onion rings were fried too hard and got cold really fast. The peach cobbler pie was really good, though.
While burgers were good the service was awful. The counter person turned her back to us for aboutv5 minutes while she waited for other orders to show up from the kitchen. We were ready to walk out when she finally turned and looked our way, not saying a word, no greeting nothing. The tables were all but one empty and needing a good cleaning and clearing. Windows were dirty...... Will think twice before visiting a Hardees again.
Tonight I pulled up at 9:56 and was immediately greeted by a friendly voice. I looked and saw that the store closed at 10pm and didn't want to dirty their grills for 1 order. However I did want to say how pleasant the woman was.
Went to get one sandwich, gave clerk my money. She proceeded to give me my change, she shorted me on my change. When I asked ,"where's the rest of my change?" She very rudely replied, "we don't have change" . She said there is a change shortage.. Okay , but there is no sign asking for exact change or we have no change. so I guess they just keep the balances of change owed to you without saying anything. What a profit for them !! I look at it as stealing. I demanded a refund and to speak to manager, I have been running a business for 40 years and never have just kept customers change ,also have never ran out of change. Very bad business indeed. I will not be back and suggest to other potential customers, count your change!!Furthermore because I asked to speak to manager asking for what was owed to me , when she said she doesn't do the banking and I resolved the problem by asking for a refund ,they tossed my money at me and TOLD MEDON"T COME BACK1!
Really disappointed, stopped in late on a Sunday afternoon. I wanted to order their delicious chicken. They couldn't even give me an estimate for how long it would take for an order.I had to leave without ordering
Beautiful new restaurant. Friendly employee taking order. Chicken sandwiches are great. Clean place.
The food at Hardee's is normally great but this was the first time at this location... we dined in, our burgers were kind of warm but not really, our apple turnovers were the best ever and they were perfect temp!!! when I cashed out the cashier told me she would get my change to me... So I sat down and ate while she ran back and forth between the register and her table she was eating her lunch at on the clock. And she was even scooping fries with her unwashed hands that she was in between handling money , eating her lunch , and serving the customers without gloves or washed hands. Kinda gross when I realized. Then I had to walk up to her lunch table and ask her where my change was. It was very unprofessional and strange.
The staff is usually good and the food is also good, but the drive-thru system needs fixing. When ordering, you can't get an actual response as to if there's a particular sauce for the chicken tenders. It's "ask at the window" or "they'll tell you at the window". Well, you're ordering before you get to the window, so the person taking the order at the drive-thru speaker should know what's on hand (plus, sauce is part of the chicken tenders order). I can't give a positive review because many of the items on the menu are $5 or more and you need accuracy (and more patience) from the drive-thru teller before you commit to buying something. This is a store/management issue that needs addressing. Also, stop making cars drive ahead of the window if their order isn't ready. That's just asking for an accident to happen by an inattentive driver behind them that drives off after getting their order first.
Person at drive through couldn't even remember an order of 2 meals and had to bring someone else to complete. There was no one in line and order took a long time to bring out. Figured since we waiting a long time, food must have been freshly cooked. Nope.. food was old and fries / onion rings were terrible. Chicken sandwich was arguably the worst I've had.
Food was disgusting. There was only one person there working; the store appeared closed at 8pm. I ordered 2 mushroom swiss combos. The mushrooms and sauce appeared and smelled rotten. Burger was not edible. Sprite tasted like carbonated water.
