Wish it had an eat in section. Florida is a hot place. I believe it was 95*F and 100% humidity that day. My son ate tacos in the car and I took my veggie burrito home and ate it. Good stuff. We both liked our food. I'm having the other half of my burrito for lunch today. It is a huge, well-stuffed burrito. Something a tad spicy in it. My son REALLY liked his three mini tacos. Nice people. If we're ever in town again, will eat there. From central Florida, an hour away. Wish ya'll we're here.
Customer service was all super nice, I absolutely loved the steak sandwich, it has so much flavor to it and the bread is really good. The greens were a good bite as well, quality food tho definitely worth it ??

This place is truly a gem within Lakeland. My husband and I absolutely love their chicken sandwiches-their Nashville hot chicken sandwich is quite spicy yet super flavorful. Their side salads are amazing, I don't know what that dressing is, but oh my is it tasty! Also, if you ever decide to do something different, I highly recommend going there during breakfast time. Otherwise, if you are looking for a delicious chicken sandwich then please run to Good Thyme!
I was definitely excited to try this place after all the positive reviews. Ordered the $14 Birra tacos today and arrived home to find no consomme for dipping. Disappointing.
My sandwiches and salads from here were amazing. Freshly made and cooked to perfection.I would love to try their breakfast one day when I have time. I imagine it is wonderful.Side notes: I ordered blindly from grubhub, there weren't photos and I wasn't sure what Nashville chicken would taste like. It is basically spicy chicken. I thought a side of greens would be collards greens, it is a side salad. I always order at least two main entrees because I like a variety, even though I can't eat everything. I also might order my next meal, when traveling or busy. Salads and sandwiches are great for this. Good Thyme works perfect for my lifestyle.I ordered via a delivery service and can't write about restaurant or staff.What I can tell you is that this place has wonderful to-go packaging for the environment, the food looked amazing, and was delicious by the time it reached my home. That's difficult for non-fast food places to achieve trying to catch up with the delivery service apps. The food doesn't taste as well or the owners do not think about travel. Good Thyme has this down 100% at least what I ordered.The only problem I had in my order: They left out my homemade jam for my side biscuit. The only reason I mention something so tiny, is because everything was so incredible, I now feel I missed out.:D I didn't cry, because the biscuit was so good without anything. I didn't use butter or jam, and it was the perfect biscuit.The chicken sandwich was cooked perfect, juicy with crispy outside, not too spicy. The bun slightly buttery. I ordered without toppings and added avocado. They followed instructions.My salads were excellent. The shrimp taco salad and Cesar. The Shrimp taco salad looked like a cookbook photo when I took it out of the delivery bag. How is that possible? It tasted as good as it looked.*I put my side salad in my own bowl for a photo.

We had been wanting to try this place for breakfast for awhile now so we came for breakfast this morning and the food really looked phenomenal but the girl who took our order was very very rude.
A bit pricey. But very tasty food with good options.. Friendly staff as well.
