Gator tail was grisly but good. Shrimp for kids meals was quite spicy. Fries were good just right salt & texture. Boneless nuggets were quite well done & dry & didn't taste like anything. Server was nice but no idea who she was because she never told us her name. All in all good experience & we are repeat customers so give it a try.
We walked in today with a party of 15 people. We were seated immediately and served drinks quickly. The food came out within 15 minutes and everything was hot and fresh. Our server was delightful although I did not catch her name. One of our favorite spots. My gator rum punch was only $6. Very well worth it.
Everyone has "bad days" so please give them a try. My husband raved about their shrimp and grits so we went back. We waited over 1 hour and our meals where room temp. My Cajun alfredo pasta barley had sauce on it. It was a poor experience for us BUT the workers are nice and friendly and checked in often.
Be been here a few times over the years and it was better before. Idk what’s happened, but it just seems like no one cares. We ordered gator bites, they were undercooked. Maybe the grease wasn’t hot enough? I got the fish sandwich and it was just sad. I ate a couple bites. My husband ordered a wrap and he said it was just ok. If it weren’t for the beer and our bartender being attentive, I wouldn’t even give 2 stars.
Food is above ave bar food. The staff is really great. Friendliest workers. Great prices and great food! Love it here!!!!
Great service and delicious food! I have visited 5 different Gators Dockside locations and this is one of the best.
The worst experience in years. Hade the boneless chicken wing platter. The wings were dryer than shredded wheat biscuit. The blue cheese dip had that I'm old tang to it. The gator bites we dry. The fried mushrooms were the only thing that was good besides the water. The server didn't ask how things were if everything was good. Sad night out.
Me and my wife did not enjoy eating here. We got wings which were very small and pieces of black charcoal or something on them. There was very little taste of flavor on them and the fries were cold and dry. Worst in the area I would say.
This was my cousin Danny Lester's favorite place to hang out. I've been there several times whenever I visited Danny. I have always had a great time. Danny passed away last month and we had his post memorial service here. Great place and great people.
Food and service was excellent. However, did have to wait 45 mins for food.
