The Five Guys closer to me shut down. So on a vacation I was happy to pass this place. Just remember that a "burger" has 2 patties. A "little burger" has one patty. And even the little burgers are big size wise! And a small fry is more than enough for 2 people. You will not leave here hungry! Please come back to Riverview, Florida!
Quick, courteous service. Generous portions. Food quality is excellent. At ~$20/meal, it's a bit pricey compared to, for example, a fast food joint, but worth the extra few bucks for much better quality food and accurate order production.
Stopped at this Five Guys while returning home from Disney World. The menu and decor was typical for a Five Guys. The service was great and made our food quickly. My burger was simple, yet delicious. Known for it's burgers and fries. The price was expensive for the meal, $38 for two people. Would recommend visiting a Five Guys if you know how much you will pay.
I dont sling out 5 stars often but these guys (and gal) just made us feel very special on our trip from Tampa to Orlando! The pricing has increased (like everywhere else) since my last visit to a 5 Guys months ago, but the excellent service remains just as good as before. This is a much needed rest on a horrible rainy Friday evening drive - and they even split a milkshake into 2 cups for my kids. Thank you each and every employee - oh, and of course the food is incredible!!

Love taking my staff for lunch to this location! The manager RJ is the BEST! He goes above and beyond. The food is always great here and my order is never wrong! Love them milkshakes. Can’t believe some locations don’t have them on the menu.. ?
It's very expensive but the food was worth it my burger was off the time it was so good. The fries they give you so much to the point where you can't eat them all but they're really good. The strawberry milkshake was fresh you can taste the strawberries very delicious Five Guys even though there was five girls was one of the best hamburger places I've ever been to and like I said it's very expensive but it's worth it
Best fast food burger and fries.Well trained staff work together like a well oiled machine. THEY ARE NICE TOO!When you get your bag of food you have exactly what you ordered AND IT IS FRESH, TASTE AND WORTH WHAT YOU PAID FOR! A+
The food is always fresh and made to order which I love. Also the staff and manager are EXCEPTIONAL! I was in there last week, and a guy was upset that he'd been waiting a while for his fries and once the staff gave him his fries, he completely flipped out, cursed and stormed out of the store. The entire time, the staff kept their composure, and the manager insisted that they "kill him with kindness."
My family used to like Five Guys but the quality of the food has gone down or how it is being made. We had a horrible experience a year ago, but decided to give it one more try today. The little cheeseburger that I ordered was not made the way I asked and there was an overabundance of ketchup and mustard. The foil it came in was soaked with ketchup and mustard. My husband ordered ketchup and mustard on his burger but didn't get it so I guess they put it on mine. Sadly this was our last visit to this Five Guys. Especially when I saw one of the workers wipe his face and then touch orders without washing his hands.
