Very expensive. I just wanted Burger patties and charged me the same price as a burger. On Tik Tok there was a video that stated the protein pack was half the price so I went in to get it. They said that the video was incorrect. Not sure about that.

Great food, especially the fries. I just wish they had loaded fries but it's still really good!!
I can't praise this store enough. We order regularly from them to the point that they recognize us now I think. But we do so because they always get the order right and they're such a pleasure to do business with. Recently a glitch in their app resulted in my order failing to get delivered to the store even though my card had a pending charge. I called after not receiving the food in the time estimated and and the manager immediately jumped on the order without worrying about whether the system would eventually process the initial order. My food was fresh and ready to go 10 minutes later.
Over-priced food. 2 small drinks, a double burger and fries. Total of $28 - outrageous. And to top it off the music was so loud you would think you were in a bar and you couldn't hear when they called your order number and conversation was impossible. The floors were so greasy that you were sliding. Don't think they know how to properly clean their dining room floor. It is an accident waiting to happen and of course it will result in legal issues. Will we go back - NO.
The floors are very slippery over the entire restaurant. Someone needs to use hot water to mop them not cold water. Music playing is way too loud, hard to have a conversation.
The food is excellent every single time and the customer service is as well. Frances is a joy and makes us smile every time we come in!
The only, sole reason I'm dropping one star is the price. Other than that, the food is super good! Burgers taste like actual, well, Burgers!Unlike other places that have this sort of rubbery meat on 'emI've been to a few Five Guys in other states and this one met that expectation!Very well done!
Food is delicious. Been coming to this location for a few years and the large fry is not as it once was. You used to get the cup of friend and some to fill the bottom of the bag. Now the regular size has become the large. Sad, but I suppose it is every where. 2022, pay more but receive less!
Waited forever to get two bugers and fries. There was less then 5 guys working at the time literally one guy running the whole kitchen and the other two just hanging out around the counter. Food was cold and fries were under cooked and for what I paid I would never eat there again.
