We were greeted at the door and quickly seated by the manager Rich for a Saturday afternoon lunch. We were promptly given a menu and our drinks by our waiter Nicolas. I ordered the Crab Cake Benedict with seasoned potatoes and my husband ordered a half Market Veggie sandwich and a cup of Broccoli Cheese soup. Our food arrived quickly and we both thought it was delicious. Our table faced the kitchen where we could see the employees at work. They were all working hard and they seemed to enjoy their job and worked together seamlessly. Nicolas was a fantastic waiter, and we were impressed to see so many smiling employees. Rich was also helping whenever and wherever needed. Great food, clean restaurant, quality management and good service!

Sunday visit we waited 23 minutes and that is okay. Order taken another 20 minutes. My wife was served with her pancakes and was happy after another wait. I had no food and got several "your order is coming". My eggs benidict came 22 minutes after my wife's pancakes. COLD eggs and very little sauce on them. Very unhappy as we have had other great experiences here. Upon paying the gift card I had received for my birthday was refused by the manager. I was told call corporate to get your gift card.
Staff has always been friendly, location is clean, great atmosphere, even better food. Definitely recommend if you want amazing breakfast. Their lunch items are just as delicious, but I'm personally obsessed with their breakfast items.

First visit, and I have to say I was a little bit disappointed. The food was tasty, but the portions were disappointingly small for the price paid. It felt like a kid's portion, and to be honest I expected a bit more for a $15 breakfast plate.My service left a lot to be desired. While the place was not super busy, it took a good bit of effort on my part to get my drink refilled, then I had to wait quite a while to get my check.Would have give 2 stars, but the taste of the food gave you a little bump. I feel like you can do better and likely won't bother to return.

As far as bunch goes, First Watch is always and easy choice. The only issue was the wait during this visit. I am no stranger to First Watch so anyone going and thinking there WONT be a wait is crazy. BUT we did have 2 parties of the same size as ours get seated before us. I think the host was just a little overwhelmed and my partner and I had stepped to the side out of her direct line of view so its possible we were just lost in the shuffle.
we gaf a horrible breakfast waiter took forever on foods and drinks..brought out half food and acted like it was a chore to bring what was missing.. food was cold and hard by the time we got it. manager made excuses for our complaints and didn't seem to want to make anything right
