Had not been in a firehouse subs in about 5 yrs. 2 knee replacements, Cancer then pandemicIt was everything I expected . Food was exceptional and service was extremely good. Will be going back
Rude as heck for one. Second, I asked if my sandwich was suppose to be hot and their response was it comes how it comes. Says the bread comes toasted and they press it unless told otherwise. OKAY THEN WHY IS MY SANDWICH COLD!! Horrible experience. Never again. Not to mention their soda machine was DISGUSTING WITH MOLD. And staff just gossiped and gossiped while customers in the store. You need to reevaluate your employees.
Your typical sub store focusing on hot sandwiches. No options for vegan/vegetarians, meat everything. Staff at this location are always friendly and never had a problem with an order over several years of coming here.
The sandwich was ok at best. I ordered a smoked turkey and cheese not toasted. The bread was NOT fresh! It crumbled like it was old. I asked for peppers, onions, olives…they barely put anything on there. The best thing about the meal itself was the pickle. The girls that worked there were very nice! It’s a cute place, but that’ll be my first AND last time there. A huge disappointment. I had high hopes considering the reviews. Save your $15No thank you, I have no desire to go back. It was a waste of gas, money, and time. There’s nothing to resolve as I won’t be back.SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, GAS! Even a Publix sub is better.
Super slow service. Ordered at the register and waited for 25 mins to get my single sub. ?♂️Second visit 6/26/2225 minutes for a single sub.I'm going to find another Firehouse to eat at.
Very disappointed in Firehouse tonight, bought four subs and one was double meat, they put less than the regular portion smh, wasted my money with them tonight!!!!
There was no one in here when we ordered 2 SMALL subs. Took 25 mins to get them AND saw we were charged for 2 MEDIUM subs.Unprofessional and extremely slow!! Do not recommend.
