My husband and I stopped in for lunch yesterday and he ordered the Steak and Cheese combo, and I ordered the Hook and Ladder salad. The smoked turkey and ham were excellent quality however, there were too many pieces of bad lettuce. I picked them out and showed them to the manager and she had my salad remade with "fresh lettuce"! I waited and watched my husband finish his sandwich and got my new salad. Well, I started picking bad lettuce out of this one as well. I went to the Manager, and I said, "I guess this would have ended up on someone's sandwich if I hadn't gotten it in my salad and she said they use iceberg for sandwiches. Anyway, she was kind enough to refund my salad. Just be aware!
Well thanks a lot for wasting my time and my lunch break. I get in and they immediately tell me that it’s going to be a long at least 20 minute wait. You have got to be kidding me?! And the reasoning is because they have a lot of mobile orders okay well I am a customer directly in front of you trying to order, shouldn’t I be priority? Guess next time I’ll have to mobile order to be prioritized.
Super rude older woman at the counter didn’t understand that I was asking for a salad, ruder older lady interjected that it’s a 25 minute wait because of online orders, with 5 or 6 people on the line making sandwiches, it shouldn’t take 25 minutes. No thanks, Firehouse. For a franchise shop you think you’d try harder.

Their subs are always really good. They have lots of different subs to choose from. The bread is soft, an you can put whatever toppings you want on it. They have quite a list of toppings. I usually get their subs for lunch. Everyone should try them.
Spend 35 bucks Philly subs barely had meat idk if I come here again I was an avid customer stop in twice a week .. sad they going down hill with their subs
We visit this location everytime we come to Florida. Tonight, the wait was extremely long and when we got home, much to our disappointment, we were not given a pickle. May seem silly to be bothered by a missing pickle but it's all part of the experience! What a huge disappointment! Don't forget the little things, they matter.
I really enjoy the food here I don't get it there's just something about firehouse subs that makes me not want to go to any other sub place a lil on the pricey side for one person to eat lunch only con. But I think it's because the steam part that make it so yummy staff is great people store is very clean all the time soda machine always works and usually stocked with all the sodas. Keep up the great work

Didnt eat my sandwich, the experience left a really bad taste in my mouth! Customer service was horrible and I won't return after this experience. I am not a thief, never stole anything in my life and definitely never would steal a ham and cheese sandwich if I were a thief. After paying and waiting for my call in order, once my name was called, I went to the counter to collect my family's sandwiches and was asked by the same man who cashed me out at the register to see my receipt with the "I've been burned before" comment, in front of everyone sitting in the restaurant. I wouldn't have minded one bit being asked for my receipt had he asked the tall man before me in the orange shirt, the man in the black shirt and ball cap who was sitting with a woman at the tables next to the soda machine, or the young lady with the blonde hair and white top for their receipts as well when they stepped to the counter to collect their food. Not once did he ask any of them to see their receipts, only me!
