This place is RIDICULOUS!! Every single time I go, their "system is updating" and they can't take an order, but they're open?! Useless. I work midnight shift and this is the only place that's supposed to be open besides gas stations for coffee. It is senseless to be open and not be able to take orders on a regular basis! I asked for a lot of cream and sugar in my coffee. The coffee looked like it didn’t have any sugar and little cream. It was disgusting and watery. Had to stop at a gas station to make it taste good
I live right down the street from this Dunkin, and used to go almost every day. The staff is always nice. I order the same thing: iced coffee, every time. The past several months though, it tastes different every time I order! Also, the iced coffee tastes watered down, and it never used to! I never get the same amount of cream, sweetener, or flavor in it, despite my order remaining constantly the same. I now go to the Dunkin that's further down the road. Their coffee always tastes good, never watered down, and it tastes like the same consistent beverage every time.
They're serving burnt coffee! Shame on them. The traffic is so bad that I can't get back around to take it back. Never again will I order from them. #burntcoffeeDunkinDonuts
If you want your order made correctly just go somewhere else. I gave this place 3 tries , each time they didn’t have an ingredient needed. I’m not saying the staff is bad but it’s evident no one pays attention to the details here. Stay away
I love Dunkin and the staff is at standard or above. Although the parking lot and the direction to enter this location is a nightmare. Depending on which direction you are coming from atleast 3 uturns at long lights on 98

Great experience every time I pass two other stores to get to this one. Never regret it order is correct every time and people are even better.
They seem to always mess up my order and create whatever they want. There's no screen to really see what's being pressed by the cashier person in drive thru so it's always taking chances. They don't really repeat the order back to you at the window and as a customer I don't feel like I need to do their job for them and ask to repeat things back or ask if everything was in the bag when I order food. They're slacking and it's a shame because they have a good location but hired people who don't have good customer service skills. Will be going to the other location from now on instead.
Every staff member I have encountered at this location is rude. I understand you're busy but there's no need to put it on your customers and then make them wait 10 minutes at the next window for an iced coffee??? Unacceptable, I'll go to the other dunkin location from now on.
