This Dukin gets worse and worse. The owner must just be a cheap owner as everything is always out! How can you be a coffee and donut shop and not have skim fat milk dark roast coffee and bacon? Now I understand that they’re Dunkin’ Donuts famous for their donuts but even those are not made in house but dropped off in the morning and by noon they’re awful. This is really just a glorified drive thru pretend donut shop. There is no one getting to work early making donuts in the back it’s like a little tiny factory and the poor workers there always look miserable and are probably so underpaid Dunkin’ Donuts really needs to do a double check on this owner I mean who runs out of creamer dark roast coffee and bacon? Not to mention the wait to get through the drive-through is absolutely horrendous I think one morning because you’re stuck in the line once you commit I waited 33 minutes for a coffee.

It takes alot to get a poor Google review out of me. These people need some training. From making me feel like an inconvenience - to not knowing difference between cake donut and raised donut - to sending me on my way with UNtoasted avocado TOAST. I do not think they have a clue what's going on around them. SADI'm not going back

Ordered in the drive thru 6 Boston cream doughnuts only to get to the pay window and be told that they don't have any and would I like to get something else

I've come to THIS Dunkin Donuts several times and no matter what time it is they never have Donuts makes no sense and then when I order my drink i always get from other dukins from here it doesn't taste good! Anout a week ago I was ordering a coffee and the employee was literally asking the other employee right in front of me asking how and what does she put in this drink and of course it did not taste good I can understand if the girl was training but she wasnt thet were laughing and messing around they both seemed to careless about working!

Spent 30 minutes in line, just to get to the window for them to tell me they ran out of half the food I ordered. Placed an order for more food at the window since I needed breakfast and already spent half a hour in the drive through. Took 10 more minutes to give me a refund and for some gross lady to come out from the back and tell the window cashier she wasn’t going to make my order because I ordered at the window. Drove off. The food I did actually end up getting was disgusting and the tea and coffee tasted old. And I payed for food that wasn’t given to me.

The shift leader with brown hair tied back in a low pony took my order and it was the WORST drive encounter i have ever experienced. If you can’t handle at least putting on a fake customer service voice to take an order you have NO business leading a shift. She’s setting an awful example for employees and is ensuring an awful experience started right at the speaker.

Disappointed. Walked in and was the only person in line. They were very busy due to their drive through. The disappointment came when I stood there for about 5 minutes and no one said anything, not a sorry we will be right with you, nothing. I even leaned against the counter with my back turned to them in hopes that they would ask me if I needed help. It takes 2 seconds to acknowledge a paying customer. Didn't seem like there was a manager on site either. What a shame, use to be a good place to grab coffee. I'll go elsewhere.

Terrible!! I ordered a egg and cheese croissant. They gave me someone else’s order. After I went in to change it, they gave the girl the same food that I returned and had touched. Meanwhile STILL giving me my wrong order. Went back in and they told me they didn’t have croissant so they chose FOR ME. I told them no one told me they didn’t have any and that I wanted a refund. I was obviously upset but not rude. They didn’t even want to throw the sandwich they gave me out!! I left it on the counter and they got mad because I didn’t throw it out. They all got very noticiable mad and treated me very poorly!! They messed up MY order TWICE, but got mad at me and treated me poorly. Don’t come here!!

We ordered a half of dozen of donuts and every single donut was wrong. The bismarks were chocolate fried cakes, the sour cream were plain old fashion and the powder with jelly was custard. This is not the first time this has happen. It's time to give up and go to publix or Krispy Kreme!

Because I said something about the wait and not making any money just standing here the girl packaging food refused to bag my 2 Uber orders. Gas is almost 5$ a gallon and you employ people like this. Disgusting attitudes and can't seem to do there jobs. Uber drivers are quitting because of people like this! Nobody wears name tags either so you can't file a complaint on a specific person either.
