by far one of the best dunkin’s ive been too. they made me drink perfectly and my muffin was amazing. the staff were super nice and listened well to what i had to say and were super friendly all around. i came at 12pm on july 11th. i think i found my new regular dunkin to go to :)
I go here, literally, everyday. They have top notch customer service and make my iced latte exactly as I like it. If not, they will make it correctly with no questions asked. Great management.
Any one who knows me know I only drink coffee when I'm extremely tired. So I never know what flavor Dunkin has. The young lady was very patient and recommended the almond iced coffee. This was the best coffee I have had. Thank you for the recommendation. I will absolutely recommend this location.
Coffees weren’t mixed well and were WAY sweeter than usual (almost disgustingly sweet and I love sugar so that’s rare for me to think). Stuffed bagel bites were cold in the middle. Staff was nice at least.
Coffee after taste is awful. Our 3 coffees are not sweet it all. The remake our hot coffee because they put ice cold milk with out steam. Any way we Couldn’t drink any. Waste of money and time!
The new cornbread donut is delicious. Run ?♂️ over to Dunkin and get you one!
Drive thru employee was very hard to understand, she also was rude... handed me the two sourdough egg and bacon sandwiches in their boxes. It closed, the egg fell out of the sandwich, should have been put the boxes into a bag. The bread was stale, and the eggs barely warm....will not go there again. Horrible.
This location provides service that is expected of Dunkin’ Donuts. I would even say exceptional service. The interior is clean and organized. The store looks very clean. This also includes the restrooms which is very important to me. I do wish that the hand sanitizer machine actually works. This is not true in many restaurants . They may have several machines for hand sanitizing but most of them are broken and empty of sanitizer. Aside from that I have absolutely no complaints about this location.I left this out but I have to say this because of the service I received I enjoyed going there because the staff actually looked happy. Truth. Everyone seem to enjoy each other as they did their work. And their work was very busy. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Oh wow I forgot the lounge area. There was an alcove that had very comfortable chairs with shelves on them were a person could put a laptop to do work. That area has plenty of electric outlets. This area doesn’t seem to be used very much, but it was very well thought out. Thank you all
Today I stopped by this location for a coffee, I was very pleased with the politeness and kindness from the staff here. I worked for Dunkin Donuts before and understand how hard that job can be. I appreciate the genuine feeling that I got from the young lady that cashed me out today. Wish there was a way to tip them through the cashing out process when we don't have cash with us. They deserve more appreciation than given.
Even though they are short staffed, they still make my coffee exactly the way I like it and still service both lobby and drive thru. Best dunkin I've been to.
