The best dunkin in Lakeland. Courteous, professional, kind and efficient folks work here. They always get my order right.
Can someone please just get it right? Every time we visit, we can count on the crew members to be more focused on things other than the customer or their orders. From routinely getting the entire order wrong or incomplete, to the cashier holding my card out the window without having the decency to even look at us, as if she can't be bothered with actually making sure my credit card makes it into my hand. Today was no different as the gang gathered around to discuss someone's car accident and how the "guy" got dragged from the car. All they could do was make comments, remaining completely distracted from the task at hand. I hate to call but I called the store to get a "Yeah?" response to my call by someone clearly less interested in my call and when I asked for the MoD, I was told to call back in 10 minutes because they were in the bathroom. How about asking me, "How may we help you?" or "Is there anything I can do to assist you today?". Unfortunately for their owner, I'll drive farther to a different competitor and enjoy a more enjoyable experience moving forward.
I love the avocado toast but every time I come to this location they get something wrong. Today they were out of tomato for the toast and asked for them to go ahead and put bacon... I got to where I was going and opened it and no bacon it was plain. What ever no biggie because I like it with the everything seasoning BUT why ask if your not going to do it. JS
No lemon filled. Sad they got rid of one of the most popular donuts. Last year they had a protein muffin...get you hooked on them and haven't seen them since. The last few donuts I've received were stale and hard. Hole in one is my favorite donut shop.
wasted $7 on donuts after a 15 minute wait while workers were on their personal phones and drinking drinks they didn’t pay for, finally went up and asked if they had my order in and got attitude. would give less than 1 star if i could.
I will never go to this place again!! Nobody asked me if I needed help. Everyone walked right past me and one is just standing there doing nothing!! I finally asked for help!! One girl said, "I thought you were being helped. Then I get my coffee and it was cold!! I wanted hot coffee!! I was very upset and the guy said to me, "fine, don't come back!"
Donuts were stale and hard! After I asked for fresh…the employee just looked at me and told me they throw everything away at midnight. ?, so I went ahead and got some anyway…a waste of my money. I’ve had better 2 day old donuts!!Also would have been nice if he talked louder, because he had to repeat everything at least 3 times. Save your money and get your donuts somewhere else ?
Always slow even though you order on app for the “pickup” window. Drive thru should also consider a take turn merging sign so people know that the pickup after ordering on the app and the actual people ordering from the board still have to take turns. I’ve seen several arguments and almost accidents because of this.
I love dunkin and as many of you probably have visited numerous locations some great some not so great This particular dunkin I frequent is in the middle. Biggest complaint is there is absolutely no consistency with drinks I am here 7+ days a week and I’m lucky if I have the drink I ordered made correctly twice. X- Large tea, 6n6 with an extra teabag.They either forget the sugar or the creamer sometimes both sometimes stirred sometimes not. Or they add the cold creamer before the teabags so you get a lump of sugar on the bottom, which leads to an un-steeped tea. They are also, almost like clockwork, out of tea bags least once a month.
