I order from this Domino’s probably once a week and the delivery people are fantastic. The “management “ is a joke. I ordered last week an item that I didn’t receive so I called them and spoke to someone who completely threw the delivery driver under the bus (so unprofessional) and said he could bring it out since he messed up or they can add it to my account for a future order. I decided to go with add it to a future order. I placed an order yesterday and when the “manager” answered the phone you could already tell she hates her job. But I asked her if she could add it to my order and she looked up my account and stated there was not a note on my account and if I couldn’t give her the name of the manager I spoke to then I am then there is nothing she could do for me. I again explained to her that I paid for it last week and she did not listen nor care, talked over me and told me there was nothing she could do for me. I asked her what her name was and she told me legally she did not have to tell me and if I had a problem I could call 1800Dominos and the store # was 3117. After reading other reviews from this store I think her name is destiny. There is no customer service at this store period. I think they need to reconsider how they choose their management, it’s embarrassing honestly. I am more than happy to give another business my money. So Dominos is losing a customer that would place orders every week and tipped 20% every time over a $6 Parmesan bites. Way to go. ??
I just used their WiFi but order from them every couple weeks. So good.
Terrible experience! Don’t waste your time or money at this Dominos! I ordered pizza and something was bad, The peppers or something on the pizza tasted foul. I literally had to spit it out and throw the pizza away. I called and spoke to the manager , Destiny who refused to replace the pizza. She said she couldn’t do anything for me! That is horrible customer services and even worse pizza!!
I like Domino's Pizza but this store in particular gives them a very bad name. I've ordered from them a few times because I live very close by. Every time I order extra cheese I DO NOT get it. And I order extra cheese because they are so cheap on their cheese that you can see more sauce than cheese, and I was the same thing when I ordered extra cheese. Not to mention that one female in particular that calls herself the "manager" is extremely rude and incompetent and should not be manager. Not to mention that they have screwed up our order several times.Probably the worst experience we've ever had with any Domino's Pizza anywhere.
Dominos pizza is just cheap pizza. Low expectations. And what I got. Office folks buy, I go to pick it up, because no way I'm trusting delivery.

I have always posted good reviews about this particular Dominos. Today is the exception. First of all the " manager" that answered the phone said she could not tell me the managers names there like its a top secret organization. I had called in and ordered pizzas the night before and realuzed today that i was charged 58 dollars for two pizzas.. Thats insane! I will say it was my fault in the way i ordered them BUT they could have figured out I wanted Extravaganza and charge me for that. Instead i got charged 31.99. What? I order pizza from there at least one if not two times a week and So i called thinking the very nice manager i usually talk to would perhaps adjust the price. Instead Melussa just says nothing she can do. I feel as though ANY other manager would have tried to help in some wY. So today my favorite place to order gets a 2 out of 5 stars. More importantly it gets a 0 orders from me just because lil sassy was rude about it. Learn some manners.
Asked for contactless delivery, yet he knocked on my door and handed me a small clipboard to sign receipt! I said I asked for contactless delivery he was not polite in his answer, he said well u have to sign receipt! So it’s they not contactless? all other drivers from there leave it at door as instructed! Won’t order again from there!
If I could give half a star I would. I’ve ordered several times here never had a problem. Today I order a drink and marinara cups to go with my pizza and never got them. Then after 30 minutes after I got my pizza and still no soda or marinara cup. I then tried to call just to confirm I was still getting my drink and kept getting hung up on. No one will answer the phone just keeps hanging up on me.
