Looks like Dairy Queen is getting like all other take out food Ordered a large hot fudge Sundae could not believe the size that they think is large. Probably not a scoop of ice cream a shot if hot fudge and a splash of whipped cream.Sorry never again 24 dollars for a Large sundae a small sundae and two medium M&M blizzards. Not coolpatheic

I'd been craving this place for a week and decided to go because we're on a mini-trip. Fairly busy, very slow. Kids goofing off instead of competently doing their work. Didn't have my kid's shake ready after giving my blizzard then didn't remember what it was. Still didn't get it correct and we had to go in and get it fixed because the kid at the window closed it and gave me a thumbs up like all was good. COME ON. I worked food service. DO BETTER!
They have HANDS DOWN the best grilled hamburgers in all of Polk County.... They're made SUPER fresh and the only critique I have is when you get your total bill... I always order a double bacon cheeseburger combo with a large fry and either a large blizzard or same sized orange Julius and Ive never spent less than 25 bucks....,,.
GO TO TWISTY TREAT YOU'LL GET FAST SERVICE AND THE CORRECT ORDER.Only go here if you have 30 minutes to wait in the drive thru and you want your order to be wrong. Then when you call back they tell you they were out of what you ordered and they fail to offer you a replacement your next visit. I only wish there were a way to give less than one star. AWFUL SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT IS NONEXISTENT!
4/2/22. Went at 9 pm , huge line around the building, went inside to find ONE kid working hard while others talking and throwing things around and honestly just looking dirty inside. The kid with blonde hair was working so hard and all alone taking care of everything and even handed us our deserts and apologized and we didn’t even complain to anyone, he just knew. Sad to see honestly and I hope the managers get their staff under control .
Lately every time I come to this DQ, there's no adult in sight and there seems to be only 17-18 year old kids working. I feel so bad for them on Friday nights because that location gets absolutely swamped. That being said, when I come here my order is always correct and tastes great, it just takes them a little while to get the food out. Customers really need to take a step back and relearn some empathy and patience, they are just kids in there trying to make it. My meal was great tonight kids, thank you.
Still have a delicious menu of savory sweets and shakes as well as some fast food meals like burgers and fries. Orange Julius is superb!
