Good I guess ?♀️ but the lobby is outdated and has a lot of damaged furniture. Bottom line it was yummy but the ambience left something to be desired.
First time here, Absolutely friendly staff, food was really good, honestly wasn't sure about this place, but it was a good change from the norm. Food has a lighter side to it, you don't feel weighted down after eating which is a pleasant relief when standing up! We will be back, thanks for the great experience!
Monday 730pm. Not busy. Super friendly staff.Blackened chicken club Flatbread tasted delicious. He ordered French dip with fruit cup. Said it was decent.Bowl of the kicken crab chowder for both of us. I liked it, was more like a spicy corn chowder with a little crab taste. He didn't like the chowder.Ordered a mango smoothie, which had a mellow mango taste.Smallish size (see pic.. already drank most of it )but hit the spot.He ordered a strawberry smoothie which was very good.Our only problem was the smoothie didn't come out with the food, it took an extra 5 to 10 minutes to come out.This place is like fast food but not. You order at the counter but someone brings your food to the table and takes dirty dishes.
Stopped in for a quick supper. We are vegetarians and they have several good options: entrees, sandwiches, soups & salads. Service is always prompt & friendly. Restrooms clean.
The last few time we have ordered chicken Cesar wraps, they’ve come without the chicken. The first time I get it, mistakes happen. The 2nd 3rd and 4th time (this is really true) it just starts to bother you lol. We are on lunch break, we can’t just run back up to the place and get it replaced again. I hope they pay more attention to accuracy because I’m scared to order now. Looking through reviews it seems like this has been a consistent issue for over a year and the company has apologized to many people yet it’s still happening. This should probably be addressed in another manner because it doesn’t look like anything is being done to change it.
Not much A on the ALT tonight, tomato was not ripe yet and only one thin slice of lettuce. But I still love Crispers and will return again and again. Great potato salad ... And the staff sure seems proud to be a part of the team.
I don't know what is going on at this location, but orders are never, ever, ever accurate. The employees of course don't care, and the owner must be absolutely oblivious to the massive amounts of complaints coming in to management. If you place a to go order, you have to check each and every item because there is a 100% chance something will be left out. I've gone to Crispers on the Southside for the past 30+ years, and this is the worst it has ever been. The Northside location is so much better. This is the first negative review I have ever left, and I hate to leave it.
Waited for UBER eats for 30 min. Ordered a large greek salad to not be given any dressing. PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Who would eat a salad with no dressing?!
