This location isn't nearly as clean or friendly as the location at Lakeside. I did not receive a fork or the extra dressing ordered. One person salad was wrong, ordered no onions due to allergies so they took the bowl back and took off all the toppings but still brought back the same lettuce. It was stated that all we requested was a new salad without onion and Another young lady approached and stated no toppings no issue but in fact with allergies the onion already touched the lettuce they did no swap out. Just do what the customer requested.
Very sweet & personable staff. Also their 1/2 portion salad I had was HUGE and very worth the $$!!
It was ok, my granddaughter enjoyed it. Not bad for the price but prefer to sit and have someone take my order.
Just ordered to go from crispers downtown lakeland. Ordered: 1. Summer salad - Received a box of lettuce with a few pecans, one slice of strawberry, a very small amount of cheese and a cracker wedge. No oranges, No meat 2. chef salad with thousand Island dressing. Received a salad with no egg and very small amount of meat. 3. Spring flat bread had little topping on it also. This is the second time we have to go ordered from this crispers location and received a poor quality product. We are frequent crispers customers to your So. Lakeland and Winter Haven location and have never gotten this low quality and quantity of food.

Went there like i normal do, and got what i normally ordered and still they forgot the double meat and cheese so i call and walk back there just for a container of my extra meat and cheese, as a person who goes there normally, i feel like anywhere else woulda remade the sandwhich but werent generous enough to so i had to walk back just for that. Alot of the stuff there isnt even worth the price it. Just a waste of time just to walk back there for something so little. Even after walking back, they still didnt even give me cheese when i ordered double meat and cheese.. Really disapointing, and the fact that i usually order a wrap which is hard to put together but when you take it apart to try and put the chicken in, your wrap just falls apart and the chicken just falls right out. I even said id perfer it to be remade, it really did not make my day.
Similar to Panera, but with different options and better quality food. Had the superfood salad and Thai chicken Flatbread with their pick 2 option and both were delicious! Have already returned once in the past 2 weeks and will definitely go again in the future!
Crispers was all that when Publix started it, but I think it was bought by someone else and it’s ok, but not the same.
Great food. Can’t go wrong.
