Let me just start by saying THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME IN A LONG TIME THAT I'VE BEEN WOWED BY FOOD AT A RESTAURANT! I ordered from them at the Juneteenth festival at the Tampa Museum of Art. I knew this was going to be good from the smell of the food alone! I ordered "The Skillet" which was a seafood rice packed with shrimp, grouper nuggets, crab meat, and sausage, with some kind of delicious sauce on top! It kinda gave me a New Orleans vibe with the flavor profile and the sauce that was on top. OMG it was AMAZING! It was a large portion too. I ate some for lunch, nibbled it a bit at dinner, and took the remainder to work for lunch the next day. My coworkers were jealous of the smell of my lunch! I would definitely order from them again!
I got two meals, it was quick and absolutely delicious!! One of the best food trucks I have ever had!
For spending $65 on your food truck tonight ordering at 4:45 online to get there at 6 and my order not ready..... waited in parking lot for another 15mins for the lady to just forget to call my number and no apology or anything
This food truck puts out some amazing eats!! Ordered the Grouper and crab cake. It is amazing.Please come to Talavera more often.

We just had the shrimp and grits and the New Orleans pasta. So yummy . Good was excellent and the staff was so friendly . Excellent food and service .
