First time my wife and I tried this restaurant and boy were we pleasantly surprised at the portion size and the tastiness of the food! We both got The Hulk and OMG that was a lot of food and it was delicious! The homemade biscuits were also amazing and so was the customer service...just a great first experience and we'll definitely be back ☺️
This place was delicious! Service was impeccable- hot fresh breakfast that fills you up! Portions were perfect! Hot fresh coffee, breakfast was fast and hot - you will not be disappointed! We are going back tomorrow and I’m ready for those home fries and pancakes!
A little hidden spot. A very tiny and cute spot to have some breakfast or lunch or dinner. Had the Fat Cat which was little bit of everything. Their coffee was amazing. Good service and a good value for the money.
Found this place by accident so we decided to give it a try. At first we sat and waited for our drinks, lady sat behind us and got hers before us. Then the food arrived and nothing special about it but the waitress never came back! Didn't ask how the food was or asked if we needed more drinks. Wife wanted to chage drinks but never happened. Then time to pay the bill came and not to my surprise the tip starts at 20% now, for breakfast. It's sad to say that after all that has happened that we have lost the service part on going out to eat. Didn't get the service but the tip was expected? I thought it had to be earned! Guess not anymore! Sad to say not a revisit place for us.

Good food, service, portions, prices etc...my sister just moved to the area and we were looking for something quick, wound up here with no regrets! A great local diner

Every time we visit Lakeland we always stop in at Cozy Oaks for delicious breakfast. The Texas omelet is THE best. They are always friendly & really quick with making the food.
The food is delicious. Serving sizes are very large, one plate is enough for two. The service what the waitress was wonderful. Would definitely go again.
See the pictures as they don’t lie! Huge helpings, you could share whatever you order! Fast friendly service too! I had 2 eggs, with home fries and a biscuit, (never seen such a large biscuit and I’m from the South!) hubby got ham & cheese omelette with hash browns and toast, over half is in a to go plate! Wonderful!!!
