They have been processing my grass fed beef since January, 2022 for my customers and I. I cant say enough how happy I am. Cuts and packaging is great. Our prior butcher was extremely rude to my customers and now that we are using Combee, we are pretty sure they were stealing meat.
still waiting to see if they have any hamburger, bacon and also wanted pricing on chicken and steaks....no reply, but he did say, not sure if he had any for such a small order..i guess small orders don't make money... i can see why they have such bad reviews.. its ok.. i found a great butcher in plant city that doesn't mind selling such small quantities...

Did good job on the deerUpdate....ground deer had bone chips in it, and of course my wife is always the one that bites on them !!
Doesn’t respond. Poor communication. Is more focused on smoking meat that they can sell for a profit instead of butchering for a customer, Don’t have a problem with that, just let us know if you are still in business to be a butcher or a meat market.

I do not recommend this butcher... we took a 1350lb steer to them in the fall and only received 400 pounds of meat, and was outrageously priced. I will never use them again.
These 10 steaks are all I got out of a whole beef. 670lbs of hanging weight yielded 5 ribeye 3 porterhouses and 2 T bones. He said he saw more on the counter when they cut it but this is what I received. What a shame
Dropped my pig off to be processed last week picked her up this week! The sausage we picked jalapeño and cheddar and cracked pepper and mozzarella are really amazing tasting! Our all time favorite is the smoked bacon! Best bacon ever! Will use again!
