I’ve been coming to this place longer than many of them have been employed. The service I received today was horrible and the shift manager admitted that he has noticed negative behaviors over the few weeks, yet mad an excuse for the rude employee. What happened to respect and customer service? Wow ?
Ordered through Door Dash, driver got lost and then delivered wrong order to tune of 38.00 Contacted Door Dash who advised they could provide partialRefund. Can’t refund fees and taxes. Items were wrong, melted and inedible.
This was only my second time at a CSC because they are expensive for what you get.Pros: They offer chocolate dairy free almond milk ice cream.Cons: The slab where they mix the ice cream was a disaster. Cross contamination all across it because the people making it don’t get all of the ice cream or toppings off the slab. I understand if you have food allergies you probably wouldn’t go here anyway but the area should still be clean.They didn’t charge extra to add cherry and nuts on top that was nice.Update: We went back a couple days later. This time the slab was clean. I ordered the dairy free almond milk ice cream and it was great.
The Ice Cream was fine, I mean it's Cold Stone and it's good. The problem with this location in particular is that they consistently over-charge their patrons. You aren't supposed to get charged for your first mix-in yet, I aswell as all the people I was with that night got charged for that first mix-in. 9 people... I asked for a refund for the $2 which isn't alot but alas money is not easy to come by sometimes and I was refused a refund, but offered another mix-in, which I didn't want. Hopefully management can fix this issue because the cashier obviously did not know their own stores menu board and prices.Edit: spelling
Definitely not worth $6.00 for a single scope of plain ice cream that tasted no better than any supermarket brand.

Stopped for ice cream today. Manager on duty was AMAZING!!! She made our day!!Although slightly disappointed that they did not have the rocky mountain apples at this location.
I'm sorry, but you gotta be crazy to spend $5.59 plus add on for a small cup of ice cream. I rarely go here but sometimes the urge just strikes. Most everyone loves this place so I guess I am odd man out here.
The portions are more than abundant. Very good ice cream. Very friendly staff.
