Good public course with a 18 hole 20.00 rate for vets
Nice course. Outstanding cart girls. Absolutely terribly rude starter. Stacked us right behind a pair which isn’t a huge deal, we weren’t in a hurry. Was then harassed the entire front 9 and followed around by him. Back 9 we get stacked behind a different duo again and then another duo gets stacked right behind us. Starter must of been to busy policing than paying attention where he sent players. Was going to enjoy lunch afterwards but just left after being treated so poorly. Won’t be back for quite a while.
Great public course with beautiful views. Nice staff and friendly fellow golfers. We always have a great time here. When you are done playing, the 1916 restaurant and bar is also great.
Nice course good shape. Pace of play was awesome 9:00am start with 10 guys played in under 4 hrs
Once we got past the starter, who seemed to be having a really bad day, we had a great time. The starter was not overly friendly to put it nicely, he was upset when another pair of golfers stopped to talk to us, and motioned with his fingers like a 1st grade teacher to a child for us to present our receipt to him. He had his earbuds in the entire time, said about 4 words, and did his best to show us who holds the real power at this golf course. Cleveland Heights, great job with course upkeep and friendly pro shop, but you have got to do something about the starter. I didn’t catch his name, but he was working the morning of 12/11 around 9:30 AM.
The most Florida course in Lakeland. Fun to play... some drainage problems but it's almost priced right.

My first Florida course. Well maintained and delightful to look at. 27 holes to play, good pace and friendly staff18 with a cart on a Friday was only $20. WOW!!!
Well run pro shop/starter/tee times. Booked thru the web site and Golf now.Tee times are nicely spaces out, so no major waits. Course in decent shape for a muni. Greens were slow, but no bare spots. B+ for overall conditions. And a great Irish Pub upstairs. I would play here again.
Great day golfing with friends, played C and A, and had lunch afterwards. Good food, nice balcony to eat and watch hole 9.
