The manager was super great he definitely knows how to run a store. *Edit**** idk where the manager went to but this store is terrible. I will never come back here again. Can you believe they charged me 14$ for these wings. They wouldn't make a new batch. To top it off it taste like the wings were pre cooked earlier during the day and re heated for my family. I hope I don't get food poisoning from this place. I'm so annoyed I paid over 50 $ to eat at this place and provide garbage. The only thing that was nice was our server . He was super sweet. He needs to be managing.
The pizza was good and hot. I loved the variety of pizzas. It was great to see Bavarian cream dessert pizza on the buffet. I haven't had that in a while.
Had delicious food for lunch with my youngest son after his award ceremony!! ????
Where do I start? Management absolutely amazing! When you have good management you have good staff and guess what they were absolutely amazing! I wasn't sure who she was until the end. I actually approached her to ask her name and I found out that she was the manager, her name was Carol or Caroline. I first asked for a special Pizza to be made and of course she was very happy to take care of that. I've had gastric bypass surgery so I can't have but a little bread. I tasted the topping to a custard dessert and it was delicious so I actually asked her if she can make me the dessert minus the bread and she did happily! Everything was clean, smiling faces and it meant the world to me because I don't get a visit with my grandchildren often unless it's a day they have off for school. We will be back! Great job!
Pizza is always fresh and rotation is fast.Customer service is fast and efficient. They help you when you need it. And they pay attention to what's going on.A party of 30 wanted to dine in but CiCis was packed. They should've known to reserve a time slot. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Food tastes great.
I ate at Cici's on 4-6-2022. It was so nice to see the restaurant so clean and the buffet full of fresh items. The manager Russel took my order and made sure I got received the correct order even though he was busy. It is refreshing to see a manager jump in and work with his employees when needed. He was also extremely polite and personable.
Russell was an absolute delight!! He actually took the time to ask my girlfriend and I what pizzas we’d like on the buffet and seemed like he actually cared about our experience there. He was was very nice and would come over to crack up our 8 month old son ? he is definitely a great leader for a company that until now I haven’t had any great experiences with. Go Russell! Keep doing whatever you’re doing there man!
By far the worst dining experience ever. We visited April 7th 2022 around 7:30. The whole place is gross. They had loud uncensored music blaring. Dropping the F word every 5 words. Mind you there are kids everywhere. My husband actually had to go ask them to change the music. I will never eat there ever again.
Same old pizza for the last 20 years. Only thing that has changed is the price. It’s still a good deal IMO
