If you order from the app they will get it wrong. They are incredibly inconsistent in filling the online orders. 2 of 3 Bowles were very lite for what normally is in there and missing ingredients.

I stopped in yesterday at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon to pick up lunch to go and the parking lot was scattered with cars to which everyone was standing out of or had their doors/windows down… when I went to walk inside I was informed by another patron that the doors were locked!! You could clearly see that there were people inside working, just not letting anyone inside. How is that even possible? You’d think they would at least have the courtesy to put a sign on the door like they do for everything else, since they’re always out of something! Seriously could have not been more irritating… to top it off they still allowed online orders to which a friend of mine tried to do but when she got there to pick it up nobody would come to the door OR answer the phone. But they took her money! Corporate could care less either, not even a sorry for the inconvenience! Apparently she should be thankful to get her money back in 3-5 business days…. Take your business elsewhere!!

Visited a couple of weeks ago. My first and last time. Food is okay. Service and cleanliness is terrible. Every table was dirty, as well as trash all over the floor. When I asked an employee about cleaning the tables so my wife and I could sit and eat, she replied which one??!!!??? Which one, how about all of the. There was only one other couple in at the time. Never again.

This place is absolute garbage. The other chipotle on the south side or winter haven much better. I signed in after waiting for steak for 20 min to write this. Still am waiting on my steak. This is my first review ever on any restaurant ever. But the food tastes a couple days old. The staff is slow and gives 0 cares for anything regarding the customer. Very poorly ran. If you really must have it, go to any other one.

For the second time in a month disappointed. I ordered double protein and got double rice. The red salsa was way too hot, I like hot food but I literally lost my appetite because my food was unpalatable. I used the app to place the order. Said it would be done at 4:20pm and when I got there my food wasn't ready. They then tried to hand me someone else's food. My food still wasn't made. I absolutely get that you are understaffed and I am sorry about that. However, this is by far my worst experience with my favorite restaurant.

The worst I've ever been to ,no spring mix Lettuce and the Lettuce I received was brown. Don't go to this one,I see why it's slow

Unorganized and dirty. No utensils nor napkins provided unless you ask. Several items unavailable. Person who prepared order was very skimpy on condiments. I had to ask for extra. Unlike other establishments I have visited. Overall experience not good at all. I won't be going back!

Don’t typically take the time to comment and review but from now on every time I have to wait forty-five minutes to an hour plus for an online order I will be submitting a review, if I ever come back. This chipotle is incredibly mis-managed and one of the worst I have ever been to. The logic behind having folks that have pre-ordered online to wait for this long as customers come in and leave in ten minutes is quite honestly baffling. I would suggest this location be reviewed and audited by someone from their corporate headquarters.

If I could a zero star I would. Not sure what happened to this location. We have been visiting here last couple months and the garbage is overflowing, no drinks to choose from, everything is out of order. We order online and it's never ready for pick up. It takes an extra 30,40 or 60 mins from actual pick up time. It's getting ridiculous, our food is wrong when we get home, and the portions are skimpy. They have a long line of customers wrapped around the inside of the building. At one point it looked like someone robbed the napkins lid area and made a run for it. It was so messy and trashed. Will be finding a better location from now on. We visit once a week and it's the same issue every single time for the last 3 months.
