Do not EVER trust their takeout. If you want what you pay for you have to physically watch them make it. This is the 3rd time within a month they have shorted me in a significant way and it is starting to feel like it is on purpose. Forgetting one ingredient can be considered an honest mistake, but when you pay for 2 portions of the most expensive protein and get only one portion of the cheapest, plus no guac on multiple occasions, which I also always pay for, it just starts to get ridiculous. That’s $6 down the drain right there. Also, the takeout portions are 1/2 the size of the ones you watch them make. This cannot be accidental, it happens every time. This is either weaponized incompetence or a corporation instructing their employees to short takeout orders on size and paid for ingredients hoping that in the long run the number of people who complain will be less than the extra money they make. I personally think it’s the latter. They are ridiculous. I stopped going here for 2 years over this the last time it happened but I gave them a new chance when I came by and saw post-pandemic staffing changes. I have OCD so if they would just get their stuff together and assemble even somewhat reasonably correct orders I’d stay eating the same thing there with ridiculous frequency, but when your consistent inability to properly prepare a simple single order, outweighs my clinical inability to choose something different for lunch, you know you have a serious problem.
The mess in the restaurant should have been my first sign to leave. Stayed, was hungry and had been out all day. When I say severe I mean SEVERE food poisoning twice from this exact chipotle. I’m talking vomiting and diarrhea. Miserable for an entire 2 days! Keep your restaurant clean guys. Wash your hands and change your gloves! I will not be returning

I paid almost $9 for this food it has no meat in it no rice I feel like I got jipped out of my money like what's going on you people are not giving the right portion we're paying so much money and you're giving us out on our food I have no meat on my plate like at all the customer service here is really going down hill
Oh my God! run.After visiting this location I realize the era of chipotle is over. Portions were massive. I felt like the dude dishing up the food would be someone I would've bought weed from in high school. The garbage cans and interior were dirty and disgusting, literally felt the apathy of those working there. it's was sufficient sustenance though… filled me up. Edit: Luckily no food poisoning! ?
Dirty counters and floors. Looks like a burrito blew up all over the place. Waited in line for 30 minutes while they processed online orders, one register not working....pictures don't lie. What a joke. Someone should be fired. Horrible management. Does corporate even care? Nothing changes here..disgusting place.
We're in the era of massive supply chain issues. Being out of something can be frustrating, but is understandable.But, when Chipotle runs out of tortillas, they need to put a sign on the door. It took a 40 minute wait in line to discover that bowls and tacos were the only options available.They also need to find a solution for fulfilling online orders that doesn't require a customer to have to stand there and watch 3-4 other orders filled before they're even acknowledged.
Stood in line for 45 minutes. Finally got up to the counter only to watch them proceed to make a dozen online orders in front of me. Gotta do better. On my way out there was like forty people in line and a shelf full of online orders that no one had picked up. Will not be returning.
I’ll start with the fact that I’ve always loved Chipotle. What happened to the staff? This Chipotle burrito bowl tastes like the face that crazy-eyes girl was making when she was chintzy with the beans and out of guacamole. I eat veggie options there. Wow the look of disgust she shot me. Completely disappointed.
The staff is very very RUDE!!!! I asked the guy with the long hair why is he serving me a small portion of rice and he just shrugs his shoulders and said if I want more I gotta pay. Well maybe if he was serving ne proper portion then I wouldn't complain, and when i see the guy after me he serves them a good amount of rice. I left it like that because I didn't want to make it seem like I was a problem. Next the lady I believe the manager the older lady was very rude she also responded back to my brother rude as well when they're being rude first. This is unacceptable and very disappointing for the fact that they have a nasty attitude responded to us in a attitude. I will be contacting HR.
