Food was excellent! Value was great. Service could have been better. No refills on drinks nor offered water.
Food and drinks were great, and so was our server Kayla.
Waiter was very nice. However, the fajitas are a hit or miss. Tried taken the chicken part home because it was on top of all the burnt everything else but it tasted like charcoal :(…….. 06/10/22
I was not impressed. The food was subpar and the service left much to be desired. I had the chicken fajitas. I was hoping it wasn't as bad as some other reviews described but it was. And don't get me started on cleanliness. This place needs a good scrubbing, cleaning and sanitizing. I am not one to judge but my server in particular was not very excited or enthusiastic about her job. There was a wait when I came in the door because there was no hostess in sight. People (servers) were all in the back talking because we could hear them at the front door. They all came out at one time. I hope management sees this. Maybe I'll get a response.
Birthday dinner for 11 year old family friend. Waiter, Bobby, saved the night by getting potato soup for the birthday boy after he'd been told they were all out. And the hostess kindly took a pic for us after dinner.
We ate at this Chili's twice in one weekend. Not our normal behavior, but the first experience was good enough that we did not have problems with returning. Unfortunately, the second experience was not nearly as good as the first.With both meals, the food was good. Not the best, but a lot better than some of the alternatives in the area. We had two main issues: the nasty bathrooms and the quality of service (on the second visit.)First, the bathrooms are not clean. At all. The bathrooms are down a hall that is dark - seemingly two of the lightbulbs in the hall are non-functional. The men's room was pretty nasty - not much better than a rest area along the interstate. That was on both days. Also, my wife said the women's wasn't much better.Second, the service on day two was not very good. The waiter had little personality, and completely screwed up three of the four orders at our table. Then he forgot several of the drinks, etc.It wasn't a horrific experience, but after the second visit we are less likely to return to this location.
ordered thru uber eats ordered the gallon of blackberry ice tea and they gave me regular tea if I wanted that I would have went to the store so im not happy $8 for tea i could of got in the store and probably would have tasted better and cheaper and the food was gross the burger was dry and only maybe 10 fries came with it and my ribs were really salty for some reason

Spent $110 on food. Our order was completely wrong. Then sat on hold for over half an hour (and got hung up on MULTIPLE times due to "a technical problem") on two separate phones. You guys suck tremendously.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at Chili's. I ordered my food online at 4:30p.m. to be picked up at 6p.m. I didn't get my food till 6:28p.m. and I had to go inside to get it. this is after I had already paid for and tipped the server to bring it to my car. My burger was very rare instead of pink. All our fries were cold. Our sweet teas were unsweetened. I am so disappointed with them.
