There was an issue where we were seated at a table, but the waiter never came by for about 15-20 minutes. After flagging someone down, we were given a chance to order drinks and appetizers.We wanted to take advantage of the July special of a free appetizer upgrade, but it caused a problem as the waiter didn't put in the order and instead of paying for a 3 for me price, all the components were added individually. This forced him to continue making changes "as it was being fixed".The food was 'ok', but my wife's chicken crispers were too salty (more than usual). One interesting aspect to this Chili's is the inclusion of a food delivery robot, which the kids got a kick out of. We usually go to Chili's once or twice a month, but we weren't impressed with this location's service or food.
Sat up at the bar last week for dinner. Great cold beer. I did add an 18% tip to my bill at checkout, but was told by a staff member that wasn't enough.Updated for July 11th. Was told today by a different staff member that my experience last week wasn't typical, so I'm glad I'm back to get a better experience! Thanks Chelsea
My mom took me and my brothers to eat and we waited an hour and a half for just four drinks. We were hungry and desperate. My youngest brother was asking for food and I said we had to wait. After the time has passed, he fell asleep. We asked for the manager and said he'll see what's going on. When we were about to leave, they were just coming out with the food so we left totally. We paid nothing for the drinks as it should be. Bad management and bad service.?
Absolutely terrible!!! Place was empty but had to wait 20 minutes for a table because they were all dirty. After we were seated, we tried to connect to Wi-Fi, and it never would connect. Salad was not brought until we mentioned it 20 minutes later and the server said "oh, they never brought it". I thought to myself, you are our server, you are the "they". Had to ask twice for extra sour cream, had to ask for a steak knife for a steak. Shrimp on the fajitas were tiny little things and not the normal sized shrimp and it came so cold you could even touch the iron that normally is sizzling. 5 tables were never cleaned of in the hour and 15 minutes we were there. Bathroom was so nasty that my feet would slide just standing still trying to wash my hands. this is the third time in a row we have had this quality of service at multiple places, and we will never be back.

Wings a little undercooked! Fries were not hot! Less than Lukewarm! Ran out of tea and water! However she was busy! First round of sweet tea was SWEET!!! Second round was almost as if it was unsweetened! However waitress was easy on the eyes!
Worst place to dine out in. Six of us were made to wait over an hour for drinks. Then I noticed groups of people already eating and done before we were served. Then my sons food wasn't done after waiting an hour and a half for it. I was very upset over what happened that I couldn't enjoy my food. My sons food finally came out. He ate while we waited. As we were paying for the meal, we noticed they forgot our cheesecake. So we just took our leftovers along with the cheesecake home for later. I'm never going back to this Chili's again. I would also advise anyone else to do the same. Ty
Waited 45 minutes to be seated. Hostess took our drink order, after 20 minutes our waitress shows up and asks for our drink order, at which time it shows up and only one drink was correct (there were only 3 of us). Took an hour to get our food, which was wrong. Was never asked if I wanted another beer. Finally when the waitress asked if I wanted anything to drink I told I’m fine, if I choke I choke. Never saw a manager asking how things were, they obviously knew it and stayed away. I will probably go back to there, but it’s gonna be a long while before that happens. We are talking years. Stay away from this place.
So short staffed that with a virtually half empty restaurant there was still a 30 minute wait at 3:30pm on a Saturday. A sign of poor management with low moral. Hostess was sweet though.
Food was great and tasty, portion size was huge, I had to get a to go box. Yummy
