Absolutely amazing service as always, been coming to this location since it opened and it has yet to give a bad experience. Always very friendly and clean! My outside server today was Sheng and she was so polite and helpful and just had an overall great attitude. Highly recommend stopping by if ever nearby! Much love! <3
Friendly crew which is expected. Acceptable service times even though they are typically busy. My order is usually accurate. No complaints here. Can’t give 5 stars as sometimes food isn’t always up to par or meets expectations.
I ordered the bufflao chicken sandwich, and it fell thru the wrapper it was in. Not only that but the chicken breast didn't look too fresh it was mushy in the middle. I was disappointed with my food but too tired to return my meal and they had closed already. Just gotta remember to ask for fresh food next time I guess.
Story of my life , grilled chicken deluxe with no chicken , someone was stoned trying to make my food and also forgot my fries , $15 an hr for this service ha.
I'm sure that's why Chick-fil-A has a very different system for drive-through service. They have young servers standing outside taking your orders which helps speed up the order process, however, the line of cars are stuck before getting to the window to actually pick up their orders! What good is it when you get your order in early but you're not able to get your food! It seems like it is faster to order your food online, park on the side, and wait for the food to be delivered to you. Definitely not a productive way in serving. The food quality is good and so is the flavor. However, Chick-fil-A is little bit higher than other fast food restaurants Chicken menu
The only thing I would improve is make sure you get my drinks correct. I ordered a coke and a sweet tea and I got drinks marked incorrectly. I received 2 sweet teas even though one was marked coke. My daughter hates tea believe it or not.
I love Chick fil a only sad thing was they don't have bagels so I couldn't have my favorite breakfast sandwich, chicken egg and cheese bagel. I got the chicken egg and cheese biscuit.
What can you fine to complain about at Chick-fil-A? I can't find anything. It runs smoothly and all of the employees I've had a privilege to meet are respectful and just kind. We need more of this in the world we live in. Honestly the best nuggets and chicken sandwiches.
Heard rave reviews of Chick-fil-A so we stopped in on our trip. They have an extensive menu, but they want you to order from the table where there are no menus. Not very friendly for people that don’t know much about the place. Hopefully the food will be good.
We are SO Excited to have our own Chick-fil-A here in Plant City and you can tell I'm not alone! Never a slow time! But with all the visitors, they can somehow get you in and out amazingly fast!! With No Mistakes AND with GREAT service!!
