Never been here to dine in before. I get better customer service than many restaurants that i been. Literally every 5 minutes it was some one by my table cheking if i need something. What a Great experience. Special thanks to Laura. She is amazing.
My wife and I went to have a dinner date on 07/06 @ 4:30 pm to dine in.We we're happy to go to Chick fila because they are known for their exceptional service but it was not the case.We sat there for 25 mins nobody came to take our order.The place was not busy at all.The staff was happy to stay behind the counter and avoided to make any eye contact.Thats really not a good practice because it means staff is avoiding customers.I had to go to the counter twice to request them to take our order.No staff member was walking around to see if customers needed any thing else.We got our ice cream in a cup without spoon.Had to wait 5 mins to get the spoon from the staff. Overall it was the worst experience and I feel you guys can do much.Management team should visit that place.
I don't go here often but I was running late and thought I would make a quick (hahaha) stop to pick up dinner. My husband wanted chicken strips but they only offer spicy (why) and not regular so I opted for chicken nuggets for him. I ordered the 12 pack and they were pretty tiny. I got the fried chicken sandwich, which was okay. The tomatoes were hard and not ripe so I threw them out. The lettuce was wilted and nasty by the time I got home, so much for paying for deluxe. The large fry was only half full. Of course the line was long and slow. I am not sure why people love this place. I probably won't be back any time soon.

Food is great, but they now force you to sit and download an app so that you can place your order. It takes way too long to place the order and there isn't another option if your eating in. We come here for the friendliness and service and thats not the case anymore since you don't see a person until they drop off your food.
Chick fil a is always the same every single time, awesome!!!! The foodnis always amazing, prompt and cheap. The service is always great. This manager did a great job of getting our orders out quickly.
New experience with their 'sit and order' technology. E didn't have the app, but we're quickly assisted by a team member who took our order via a tablet, and good was delivered to our table quickly. This was great, as usual.
Great restaurant friendly polite
The food always good but this particular location wasn't so pleasant. My food was cold, the table were dirty, the server's we're sitting together at a table being loud and laughing. It's the first Chuck - fil-A I've eaten at that was unorganized and sloppy.
