The A.I. takes getting used to but gets the order right every time. Staff is upbeat. Sandwiches look neat and fries are crispy.
The fries were the best part of the meal. I am not sure how anyone can mess up frozen food but Checkers can. I spent $36 and I would have rather went to McDonalds and spent way less. The fish sandwich was dry and overheated. The chicken wings were small, dry and way too spicy for it to be mild. My kids did not like their food too. The drinks were not good. never again.
Really enjoy the new look of this location. Disappointed that it's not a double sided order location anymore, but absolutely LOATHE the automated order taker. The girl at the window said they can override it to clarify orders and that would be great IF they would actually do it. Luckily the food was hot and made quick and as requested (at the window because staff didn't override auto order taker) or this would have been a 2 star rating.
Won’t ever be back to this location. The service was horrible. They treated me like I was interrupting their day by placing an order. Ordered an ice cream cone and it was handed to me in a cup with the cone upside down inside the cup. When I went to ask why it was like that she shut the door in my face. All the updates and changes they made are beautiful but they need to rehire an entire new staff. Horrible experience and I’ll never go back.
Would have given 5 but they forgot the veggies on my big Bufords did the 2 for 7 no condiments,cheese or bun. I checked before I left. The drive through lady took my food without attitude but the sandwich guy was giving her a hard time. She pointed up on the screen to show where I wanted the veggies not just 4 beef patties.He then threw veggies on but not many, 2 tomatoes 2 pickles, little lettuce. The drive through lady offered me mayo packets but I declined. The patties were fresh and tasted good.I hadn't been to checkers in years. They serve wings on the bone now.
My hubby and I went to Checkers (south side) and ordered 10 garlic parmesan wings and a small size of checker fries. We paid for the food right away. However, one of the attendees had us pull around & wait.I believe we waited for at least 30 minutes or more. We noticed the pretty motorcycle in which a young man & his daughter went to order after we already did. They got their food first. ??
It is the worst experience I have ever had, the chicken nuggets were super dry, bad, it seemed that they had it done and they were heated. It's the worst . I feel like I lost my money to them
Got there at 10am when they open. Nobody ready to work. After ordering waited another 10 minutes. Food was ice cold. My hot dog bun was practically frozen. Fries had numerous debris in box and the fries were bits and pieces, also cold.Spicy chicken sandwiches were cold and greasy.First time ever at this Checkers that we had a disgusting meal.Also, no receipt was given, this is worrisome.
Second time we've been. The food was good, but the staff was so rude both times. I don't think any of us expect over the top customer service from a fast food place, but to have people not speak at all to you and then roll their eyes at you when you thank them is just ridiculous.
Amazing food, fast service. Awsome promo deals and combos mix and match choices great verity of foods. Just a great place to eat.
