Love this place always good service and always great food. The owner is awesome and his staff is solid still think Romeo should make manager he is a great asset
Just stopped by to find they were closing . As I travel and drive a rollback I don't fit in drive thru . As I am getting back to the truck the Manager Charlie opened the door and yelled. Then he took my order and had the cook Edward dirty his clean grill for this trucker ....5 stars plus can't say thank u enough ...top notch in my opinion. Thanks again Charlie
Store was nasty and dirty and staff was not to friendly at all.The one time I go and they are actually open most times there closed or to busy playing to carr about anyone or anything
So, about a week ago I went to Charley's, using the drive-through for the first time. I had seen the place and had been wanting to try it because it looked good. That first order was not right, both of our sandwiches were not made correctly. So, I came home and I wrote an email to corporate. Within a couple days John, the manager, reached out to me about it. He offered to make up for the mistakes. Tonight, I went back to Charley's and spoke with John and reordered pretty much the same things we had gotten the week prior. The food is really good! The cheese steak sandwiches, french fries, cheese fries...all of it was really tasty. Our order was perfect this time and everyone enjoyed their meal. A big "Thanks" to John for reaching out to me so quickly and offering a solution. I can't tell you how many times businesses just ignore negative feedback. I think John genuinely cares about his customers and his restaurant.
The food is good, when they’re actually open and when they make it right. Usually the customer service is terrible, but it is a bunch of teenagers so it is what it is. Whether ordering online or in person, there’s an unreasonable amount of mistakes. Either you don’t get sauce, the meat is over cooked, or they forget items entirely. The location in the mall is always, always closed so don’t even bother. The location by the Walmart on 98 is generally better in every aspect, and they actually stay open.
Came here on 2/27/2022 and the staff said they were only serving fries and drinks when asked why weren't they making sandwiches they told us it was because they were short staffed
It was nice in the beginning, the prices are kinda high for wings and fries. They also didn't have wings the last 2 times I went. Disappointed.
First time visiting this location..I ordered a large cheese steak and a large coke..$15.99.*I don't mind spending the money if the food is great*However...when I opened the food to eat. I noticed it had a strange smell..I thought it was the huge pieces of bell peppers on the sandwich at first..I took a bite and something didn't small right to me again..I ate a few more bites because I hadn't ate any food since breakfast and I was so hungry..I decided to put the sandwich away..as hungry as I was..something just was right with the food...Make a long story short...I currently have had diarrhea and nausea ever since...I normally do not leave reviews or ask for my money back ever..Im just not that kind of person but I felt the need to leave this review so someone else doesn't get sick as I feel...maybe it wasn't the actual food that got me sick maybe it was the someone handling the food in the restaurant..either way...I will never again spend my money here and if anyone ever asks me my opinion on the absolute worst place to eat I will have to say Charleys...Be careful ordering food from places..you have no idea the cleanliness in the kitchen or the people handling the food...extremely unsatisfied customer
I had the philly cheese steak with cheese fries and the cheese didn't taste so good. I personally wouldn't recommend the food.
