The food is always fresh, taste is good and the fruit drinks are good but small for the price they are charging you. As for the esthetics of the outside I do have to say that it definitely needed landscaping maintenance because it definitely was looking Rough while wendys next door was nicely trimed.
Well waited quite a bit of time in the Drive-Thru at the window for my sandwich. When I opened up the container the contents of my sandwich we're not on the bread any longer they were just kind of all over the place in the container. The meat appear to be almost too well done or overcooked and the cheese was just one Big blob let's just say it wasn't exactly appetizing to look at.
Life keeps me pretty busy but this is my 3rd time here and the new owner now is awesome and waits on you at the register himself!The last time I came here, he had just taken over, and offered me a complimentary lemonade and it was amazing!I don't get many free things in this life so that was awesome and it was a very warm day.I would definitely recommend coming here for fresh food and awesome lemonade!
I was here twice this past week, both times I had an excellent experience! The strawberry lemonade is super delicious and refreshing! The bacon cheese fries were great. We also tried the mozzarella sticks on our second visit. Those were top notch as well. We will definitely be stopping in here again! Service was above and beyond excellent! Highly recommend this place!
I have been to many Charleys before but I have to say this is by far the best one. Everything looked very clean and the food tasted great. The manager George is such an amazing people person and you can tell he really cares about his staff and his customers. Overall great experience and it was nice to eat at fast food chain that felt like a family owned business.
Super quick and friendly service. Food was amazing! If you haven't tried the parm garlic sauce, get it and dump it on your steak sandwich. You can thank me later!
This is by far my favorite Charley's cheese steak and wings in the whole world now for sure.The fiesta cheese steak and matching fries is my new favorite.And the crew is so well put together and they know what team work is and you can see that.I liked it so much I had to go back again Saturday and the lady working the drive thru was amazing she got my order correct and I didn't have to repeat myself 5 times she actually repeated the order to me and she was 110% on point with it.And the experience you get when you go thru there while she is working is one of a kind she laughs and jokes with you the whole time .She made me laugh and smile so much in just a few moments I forgot all about my bad day.So if you get the chance to meet her please be ready to laugh and be thrown away at her southern voice and southern language she still believes in saying honey darlin and dear and that is something alot of people forget how to say these days but she said darlin to me I about lost it (in a happy way) she said at the window most people don't say that kinda of stuff anymore because people now days take it in a offensive way but trust me when I say there is no disrespect in saying that kind of stuff be who you are and love every day .So please tell her I said thank you so much for making me see that not all fast food restaurants are the same and I'll be back to see her again soon I wish I would have gotten her name but I will make it a point to get it for my next reviewAnd please keep her around for a long time she is manager/owner material and again thank you to the whole team y'all are amazing keep up the good work.
Have always loved there food but the new Fiesta cheesesteak is one to stay away from. A good sandwich needs good bread, right fixings and right amout of moisture. This sandwich has no moisture. The restaurant overall is pretty good.
So happy I got to try this place out! Best Philly I’ve ever had, especially the bacon three cheese! Staff was also respectful which is important to me. Definitely recommend.
