This place went DOWNHILL. Haven't been here in about 5 years since I moved out of state. I came back recently and couldn't wait to go. Now I wish I never went. We ordered a bunch of appetizers, drinks, and the food was subpar. We were disappointed. The service was terrible, and we ordered a water for our meal and ended up with a bottle cap in the cup. Anyways, I won't go back. Good luck Carrabba's.
Ordered on GrubHub, Apparently the cook doesn’t pay attention to order stubs, as I asked for no mushrooms and extra sauce. Also whoever packed the bags didn’t give us utensils. Thankfully I didn’t pack away ours yet.Other than the order being wrong the food was good except chicken noodle soup. It came and it was dry. Not sure how it’s considered soup.
We did a double date with another couple it was my fiancé and the other couples wife's birthday. The food was good but could have been a bigger portion for what we ordered. The staff was polite and friendly and the restaurant was clean. It was the first time my fiancé and I ate there. We may eat there again on a special occasion.
Service was great food was not as good as it use to be. My daughter had shirmp with fettuccine and the pasta was not good. Lamp chips were great.
The servers there did their best to ensure my family had everything they needed. The girls there were very polite, and despite an issue with our order, went above and beyond to correct it. All the while maintaining their positive attitude despite my generally picky and difficult grandparents.. We appreciate your staff, thank you

These people have their [email protected]#t together...From the moment we arrived we were greeted and informed of the wait, then kept everyone updated as tables became available.Once seated we had the best service possible. Our waiter, Zach, treated us like we were his only table.The food and drinks were great, No possible complaints.We were first time customers...It won't be our last.What a great dining experience...Truly professional...
My server was so slow and scattered. He forgot several items that we requested. Our food took a very long time and when it finally did it was too salty and my drink was far too sweet. The only thing I enjoyed was the warm bread but even that was ruined by the oil and herbs which was heavily salted as well.
