Order a freshly cooked Whopper to take out and when I arrive home to eat, it was terrible! Taste like it came from the warmer, was bland! I called this Burger King to complain and ask for a refund but the phone service was always busy!

Terrible. The orders were not picked up because lobby closed. Staff busy smoking outside because they cant find workers. And because of inflation, refund was refused. Only order in-store so you can check the order was made correctly and picked up. If there are any issues, you will not get your money back. I used to like burger king but thats only because I dont order enough to see their horrible operations.

This Burger King is by far the worst. Customer Service is trash. I waited 30 minutes for my order. Then I had to wait additional time because the employee at the drive thru wants to chit chat with the car in front of us. Had nothing to do at all about their order. Then she wants to tell me that my Manager wanted me to inform you that we are out of The Chicken Sandwiches. Well why didn’t you tell me that when I was ordering? Her response was they don’t ever tell me anything. Complete waist of my time!

I went to get some Burger King for my brother in law. I pulled up and waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. When I asked for fruit punch, the operator gave me attitude and said "We don't have fruit punch!" in a unmannerly way. After I ordered my food, I waited another 5 minutes for them to give me my drink, then waited another 15 to get a whopper and fries. Next, when I went inside to get a refund, the staff didn't apologize and they gave me attitude. Oh, and also, this is the most ghetto Burger King I've ever been to. We have human skeletons with nose piercings and staff touching their hair without washing their hands.Terrible service, terrible human decency, and I'm never coming back here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don't start preparing the food or the store until they actually open. What's the point of being open if you aren't ready to take people's orders and start? All Burger Kings in the Lakeland area need new management. They are all rude and don't like to help anyone. It always takes 15-20 minutes for the food they microwave. For fast food it just doesn't make sense.

I actually was quite pleased with my service and overall experience. Sandwich was very fresh fries were fresh and hot. Not overly salted. Person on the intercom was playing and clear to understand and the lady at the window was polite and helpful. I cannot give four stars simply because the fact that the food is overpriced for what you get. But overall when I don't have time to sit down and I need something quick Burger King took care of him today

I have worked for Burger King for over 20 years when I was younger. It is sad to see it has declined so much, not just this restaurant but most. Management seems non existent. Speed of service, cleanliness, customer service has gone out the window. What happened? Is there no direction from upper management?

I had a large order for a few people so I typed it into a note pad for easier ordering. I drove up to the window, provided the order, received the order and paid for the order all within only five minutes of waiting. The order was 100% correct and everyone was happy. Thank you for the experience.

I love BK but there only two in town and this one is the closest to me. The attitude I get every time is just annoying so I stopped going but I stopped in today thinking it would be ok. I backed out of the drive through. The lady was not listening to me so I tried to correct her on my order and she said " No, now you gotta wait!" I QUIT! She obviously doesn't want her job. I think it is the same girl every time.

Coming from another manager’s perspective. I’ve had a horrible experience more than once. On April 22, 2022 I showed up right before closing and had the employees tell me not to order food online right before closing which I did about 15 mins before hand. Also, 10mins before closing an employee came outside with a line of about 10 customers telling them that there speaker box systems were down which they weren’t. All those customers were waiting a good 15-20mins to order before the employee came out to say the systems were down. If hours are posted until a certain time by law you have to serve until the time posted or it’s considered false advertising. Also, your website says that you serve until 12am not 11pm.
