They close early all of the time. I just pulled up and they are closing an hour early. Its very inconvenient. This isn't the first time theyve done this either. I was at the order screen no one answered after honking. I pulled up to the second window and people were inside. A younger black kid with dreams was saying their closed. And they turned off the lights on me in my face. And when i pulled out of the driveway they turned them back on. This is unprofessional and uncalled for
Standard (but newish) BK. I don't mind Burger King occasionally. Florida prices are a little less expensive than bigger city BKs up north. As with most USA fast food restaurants it's always minus one star cause visiting Grandparents would struggle to understand the folks behind the counter.
Burger Czar rules with an iron fist yelling at employees in front of customers (classy). I may have zeroed in on the reason you're incapable of even taking an order. I had a holocaust survivor tell me he's never had such bad service.
I was car 3 of 3. No one inside. It took damn near 40 minutes to receive my order, which was wrong. Not to mention I paid almost $30. They also thought bringing melted milkshakes out was acceptable. Filled a complaint with corporate 3 weeks ago. No follow up. This place should be closed permanently!
Service was terrible. We were only customers in restaurant, no employees greeted us upon approaching the counter. One of the managers was playing on his phone while we were waiting to be helped. Same manager’s appearance was unprofessional, hair was all over his wrinkled and stained shirt. We had two simple orders to fill and they managed to screw that up by not including our entire order. Tables were all filthy and the drink machine empty of ice. The manager blamed the previous night shift for our inconvenience.
My kids literally said "how can you call yourself Burger King if you have no burgers". That's right folks they ran out of 'hamburger meat', then when we got to the window they were also out of sweet tea. Left there with 2 unhappy kids. Added an extra star because the young woman at the window was sweet and apologetic.
To be honest I hate giving even 1 star but have to give at least that to leave any comments. We ate at this location tonight and will not return. With having what looked like 9 employees we waited 30 minutes to get our food which was edible but that alone won't excuse the wait time nor the fact that we had a hard time finding a clean table to eat at. It might have been a little different if any of the employees had apologized for the wait or anything for that matter. I work in fast food and there's never been an issue with people waiting that long nor with cleanliness even when we only have 2 to 4 employees total.
Love that flame-broiled flavor. I do like the newer fries even though they seem to be made from mashed or potato flakes, and probably mixed with vegetable oil on the inside. Nice and soft but probably high in fat. Would like to see personnel come out to check the dining room more often. This location is kept quite cool if not cold. I am usually warm but it was quite cold for me. Bring an extra layer (jacket, sweater, etc.)
Very unprofessional. My mom went in there last night to eat . She said one of the employees was screaming and cussing. To the point that the customer could hear . And the manager didn’t even try to stop her . They said there was a young man doing all the work . You need to get your employee under control
I do have a lot patience but I wait and they do not give me the simple 2/10.00 with no onions they make a mistake ok but then she ask my name again and again then she just start walking around like I no longer there I wait almost 30 min on the window for the food I already pay for and everyone ignore the Idea that she make a mistake no one but two times ... In the last I just park and my husband go and ask again for our order they just say that person was on training ok but they knew what was my order .... I just never will go back here all the group just watch how many customers go for one mistake that have a solution... They need better management on this store definitely. Is not the first time is the second and last time a came back to this BK
