The cooks don’t know how to read the screen. I’ve ordered burgers and added on some things, but when I get the burger, it only has what I asked to have added and nothing else. There have been times where I had to have them remake it three times after clearly stating to leave everything on and add what I’m asking yet they still can’t get it right. I’ve ordered side food items and they forget to put them in the order and then argue with the cashier saying I didn’t order the sides. I can understand it happening occasionally when it’s busy, but I never come when it’s busy. I think I’ll start driving a little out of the way to go to a different Burger King from now on. As someone who has previously worked in food service, it’s honestly pathetic.

I ordered a double whopper and a bacon stack which came out to 23$ and they gave me a 2 for 12 meal deal and still charged me 23$ and still didn't give me what I ordered. The service at this place is terrible, you never get what you ordered.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It is very poorly managed. They don't start Doordash orders until you get there but they put you at the back of the line like you just ordered. There is always at least a 15 minute wait. The worse part is after that wait the food isn't hot at all. The workers are extremely rude as well. I'd rather drive 20 minutes aways to a different burger king than go to this one thats 5 minutes away from my house.

I just went to this location. I made my order over the counter. The lady that took my order seemed to be the manager. (Blond, short hair with glasses). She has poor costumer service and poor management skills. No smile. No receipt. Not even a thank you. She was also getting the order ready. She was screaming so bad to the employees to get orders ready quickly and they were screaming back at her in front of me and other costumers. I felt bad for the employees, you should be grateful that you have staff working. Maybe a little slow but they're there doing their best. Specially this days where everywhere is short staffed. There are ways to say things. If you were my boss and you scream at me like that, you would be losing an employee and your job. You should consider changing your job.

Such a friendly team so polite and diligent in their service they handle drive threw as well as dine in quiete well considering the amount of drive threw and counter customer would overwhelm an in experienced crew this team works so easy together very organized "FAST Food service" is very demanding everyone wants their service "NOW" but this team passes with flying colors under stressful times', the BK corporation should be very proud of this team. And on top of that its the cleanest facility we have seen, enjoy eating in a pleasant enviroment??

This location has good friendly help. Prompt service but they don't understand that coffee left on a hot burner - burned coffee - taste very bad.How about we don't make as much and what we make, we put a time limit on serving...

I have never gotten through the drive thru at this location in anything close to a reasonable time. I also don't understand why every other fast food chain can give you coffee the way your order it, but BK insists that you waste more time by throwing your cream/sweetener in a bag and expecting you to pull over and add stuff to your coffee after you leave the drive thru.

Iv been coming to this burger King since they opened. It's really convenient when I'm on the go.... today was the worst experience iv had. It was so bad I wish I could leave a zero star rating.. management and the co-workers were so slow and disrespectful.. the blond and the lady with the knee brace were talking poorly about customers and wouldn't stay at their posts to take care of customers in the drive thru. The line was backed up around the building, my fries were cold and they forgot to hand me my drink. When told to have a nice day or thank you they all would roll their eyes and walk off.... I will no longer be eating there again!!

Being short staffed I understand. But when asking for decaf let's remember some people can't have caffeine like that. The staff to be short handed was very polite. From ordering to picking up my food. People say you taste a different from regular coffee to decaf I'm not one of them. It tastes the same to me. I got my coffee and got about half a large down. My heart started racing and I have a heart problem so for me not good. Please and thank you for the great costumer service keep smiling it matters.

We got to the drive thru window at 8:25 pm. It's now 9:20 and we're still here. We finally got to the window and paid a few minutes ago. The cashier said sorry for the wait, we're understaffed, which would have been nice to know when we placed our order. When they handed us the food it was not only incorrect, but stone cold. My husband handed it back and said just refund our card. They wanted to give us a cash refund on a credit card. So my husband had to go inside to get it straightened out. It turns out nobody in the restaurant knew how to refund a card. So now we need to go back monday so that the general manager can handle it. As I said, this restaurant is understaffed tonight. I understand that, and have been in the same boat as them. However, they could have saved us and everyone else in line a lot of aggravation by one simple action; When the customer pulls up to the speaker to order, let them know you're understaffed and there's a *insert number here* minute wait. Then the customer can decide whether or not they want to wait in line for that long. It would've saved us an hour of irritation. Will some customers leave at that point? Yes. But if they had told us there was a long wait time due to being short staffed, we would've left a little annoyed and not angry. We wouldn't have been angry because we would've been given honest information that allowed us to make the decision to wait 50 mins in line. They likely don't tell people at the time of ordering that there's a wait because they don't want to lose customers. But they still lost customers tonight because people were just abandoning the line after they ordered, and we left very unhappy and will not be going back.
