I wanted to leave no starts . I’m just going to say if you don’t have customer service experience or have the patience when dealing with customer service don’t get a job where you have to deal with people because it’s embarrassing when a person that serves our food catches attitude and makes us feel uncomfortable. Bad customer service here !
30+ minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 medium fries. I was the only person in the drive thru. Eventually, others came behind me and had to wait 20 minutes.
The staff is always friendly and the food is awesome. We always get extra lettuce tomato and onion on our Whoppers and they are so good the restaurant and bathrooms are very clean. We will continue to go back
Made us wait and pull to the front when there was no one in the line and they gave us old food that now has my 12 year old son throwing up all morning. I will be contacting corporate about this issue.
GREAT DEALS! Coupon deals are usually good at most BK's even if you don't have the coupon. I would say they do not clean tables often enough. Not as much care to dining room as you will find at most McDonald's or Chick-fil-A's, but then again those are the only two fast food restaurants which are fairly consistent in those areas.
Hamburger cold. Bun very stale. Wilted lettuce. Temperature in dining area somewhat hot. This is not the only time I've had issues. Staff shouting out profanity. Fries were fresh. Soda mix was also slightly off.
Have not been to a Burger King in quite some time and the menu options have grown so much! I had the big fish sandwich and it is hands down better than the fish-fillet from McDonald's....
Went here at about 8 pm on a Sunday. They had nothing to order said they had no Chicken at all, no sourdough bread, and the shake machine was broken. Ended up going to McDonald’s. Had everything we needed.
Fries were given to me cold and extremely old. I’m pretty sure fries aren’t supposed to be blackened and brown. Left a bad taste in my mouth for an hour. None of my burgers had cheese as ordered. A family member who had eaten half of their burger before I realized all the mistakes on the order now has a stomach ache. And now I get to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. They should be ashamed serving people old and decrepit food. Save yourself the time and money and just go a few miles down the road to the auburndale location. 100x better.
Extremely nasty!!! The buns to the hamburgers were taken right out of the plastic bag and sent out. Called to talk to the manager but she is too busy to take the call. As I set in the parking lot and not one customer other than me for the last 40 minutes. This is the wost burger kingthat i have ever been to and will never spend my money here again. Someone need to get this place in order ....
