Food was accurate and fresh. The associate who took my order, was very rude and standoffish.
I was hassled by the manager for pulling into the empty parking lot to eat my food. It was 10:30pm, and I had only been there for a couple of minutes, but she had made me so uncomfortable that I left anyways. She should also let the cashier do her job in peace.
Just for not make the order they denied a cupon said is expired when the cupon said expired on 8/1/22. Like ... Lazy people. I went to 98 one oh they take it....
The manager does not know how to use the burger king app!! They are really slow and don't answer questions when u ask them. Stupid people should stay home and not be the managers.When i ask you something then don't roll your eyes and walk away.Really annoying costumer service i wouldn't ever come back here again because the feeling i get here is they don't wanna work and help people order foodShe doesn't care because this is"last day here"
Food was very good and fresh. Not like the one on 98 North in Lakeland. I have found a place to go for a good burger. Great job.
45 min to go through the drive thru just to have my food thrown at me becaused I asked what the issue was. I counted at least 4 people working, come on its fast food where it takes less than 5 minutes to put an order together. I was told I should be patient I think waiting 45 minutes is very patient and entitles the customer to an apology for the extensive wait and an explanation for the delay and a thank you for being patient and waiting 45 minutes without having their food thrown at them out the drive thru window. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT.
Order was correct. Ridiculous wait time no ice and the tables were all dirty. Ended up taking fine in to our vehicle
Red hair manager is so disgusting I watch her stick her hands in her pants and not even wash her hands went up and started touching peoples food. I left !
Not sure how this place manages to remain open? A 20 minute wait in line with only 3 cars in front of me, cashier was rude and unappreciative of my patronage, melted ice in soda, only warm burger, but, the fries were hot so maybe that justifies one star.
Service is super slow. No consideration while in drive thru. What's the point of two lanes. Close one of em down of you only plan on serving 1 by 1. Spent over 20 mins and left. Ridiculous
