One of my favorite spots in Lakeland to eat and hands down one of the best burger joints I’ve ever tried. I’ve been going here since 2016 and haven’t had a bad meal yet. I’m surprised at so many poor reviews because that has never been my experience! I always get the cinco burger and sometimes a bananas foster milkshake! So delicious. I don’t know if they still offer it but they used to also do movie tickets to Cobb with the purchase of a meal which was really cool. Love this place. Wish we’d get one in Winter Haven so I didn’t have to travel so far but the drive is worth it.
Both the chicken sandwich and the BBQ burger were made perfectly to order, fries were crispy, and everything was the perfect temperature to eat by the time we got it home. Chicken sandwich tasted exactly as expected!!!! Food was finished on time and was ready when we got there, didn't have to wait at all!!! Thank you Burger 21 in Lakeland we will be back!!!

What level of incompetence of this place, a staff that does NOT know how long an order will be and if that guy in the photo is a manager even worse, a rude guy and apart from that he does NOT know how long an order will be, he does not even know where It's stopped. Try to have more respect for deliveries, because we are working, neither Grubhub nor the client pays us for the waiting time!
Every time without fail they mess up my order. It’s crazy. Tonight was no different but worse. Four burgers. One was correct. Second just took off the bacon and it was correct. Third and fourth burger wrong all the way. Brought them out twice remade and still wrong. Fries smelled burnt and tasted burnt. By the time new fries came out two burgers were done. The fries were so salty we could not eat them. The burgers also were very salty. My daughter didn’t get her shake as they forgot it as well until her burger was done. They brought the final corrected burgers out at 10:00pm closing time for them as two employees stood inside the door while we ate outside and watched holding the lawn blower in their hand. They came out at 10:05 the one girl calling the other employee “Ma” so assuming it was her daughter. They literally turned on blower throwing dirt all over the food. My daughter said something and she responds with “Have a good night “ ? they gave us a coupon for one free meal. Won’t be using it. Spending 60$ on good for four people and having horrible service, dirt blown in your food, and on and on. I don’t want to be that person “Karen” but when you can’t get three out of four burgers right numerous times in one sitting? Something is very wrong.
Disappointing since covid. Now have to ask for condiments, S&P and dipping sauces. Order wasn’t correct, staff not friendly abt having to fetch items that used to be self serve. Prob won’t return.
I love the burgers here at Burger 21. I always have the mushroom and Swiss burger cooked medium (so happy for this option). The sweet potato fries are thin and crispy and the onion straws are fantastic, too. I love the rolls, the toppings are always fresh, and the service is fast. My new favorite burger place.

food is great but the service was the worst. the only person there that was actually helpful was the girl that took my order. took 25 minutes to get my order out when the person in front of me who ordered at the same time got theirs in 10 minutes. i’ve worked in a restaurant to fast food and the way those workers acted and played around shows how poor the management is here.
They ask you how you want your burger cooked, but it doesn’t matter because half of the time it’s going to come out charred anyway. And it’s not like you’ll tell them because it took them 29 minutes to overcook the burger.I normally would not care if it didn’t happen literally every other time I came here. Please pay attention to order accuracy.Considering the fact that this is a common complaint for this location, I’d expect the members of management to probably check the order before boxing or delivering to ensure this issue doesn’t continue. Consistent failure to meet expectations do not deliver great results long term.
