BubbaQue’s is a chain restaurant but the chain is not very big. The first store is in Chiefland Florida. Now I like BubbaQue’s for three reasons the founders are Florida people, their first restaurant is in an Atlantic coast line town Chiefland and their pulled pork is excellent that’s what I ordered I got it to go like always, and drove up near the tracks to eat.....

ordered half chicken and ribs, green tomatoes with sides to be collards and okra. Honestly the okra was the only thing I liked. I've never had collards that tasted like some old perfume. The fried green tomatoes were an odd size and stringy, but also some were stuck together before tossing in the fryer, causing a raw doughy taste, The ribs and chicken was so salty that it made me ill and my dog too.
This was some of the most tender, moist mild flavored pulled pork I've ever had. The sauce was good too.
The ribs are to die for but the fried green tomatoes have way to much breading. You can’t taste the tomatoes
I will never go back at bubba ques i got 2 sandwiches and fries and it cost me 27.00 and some change . The last time i was there the sandwiches hardle had any meat they charge 4.00 for extra meat my order did not get it 4 oz if meat cost this amount to eat there i want be back i am a middle class person i will cook before i go back there so good luck if you go to the one on hwy 92e you want get full
