Restaurant very cold inside (cool and rainy outside so you really felt it). Server was very and patient with the kids in our party. Everyone very happy with their meals.
We had the worst service we have ever had, at least at first. We waited 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us at our table and it wasn't even our waiter. Took some more time for our male waiter to come to our table and take our order. That was the last time he even came to our table. Another waitress refilled our drinks and another waitress brought our food, which he even got that wrong. When the waitress came back with my wife's correct order, she asked if there was anything else and I said, yes, a different waiter. The rest of the time she took great care of us. The ladies were killing themselves waiting on tables and he just seemed like he wasn't even there. Is this the type of employees you keep employed? It even looked like the ladies were finishing most of his tables. I know help is hard to come by, but at my company he would have been gone in a heartbeat! The waitress that took good care of us was named Alexandria, the key Supervisor.
The service is good. Always have the best waitresses. The quality of food is not as good as it use to be. The pancakes were doughy.
Last time order and need to change my order 3 times because they don't have items and they don't even call me, this time try to have an order and 10:40 am they don't even have ready some gravy for the order... Waiting 20 min already for the order... If you want to eat, enjoy and don't worry about your order dont go right here..
Our waitress was the best I ever had in all my life!! Her name KiKi...kind, considerate and great personality, I give her a 10, people need to take lessons from her, but as far as the place is could be cleaner and payed attention to a little more...that's the only reason I rated 2 for cleanliness...

I came in with my wife at 7:00 pm to eat dinner. It took the staff 10 mins to ask us if we wanted a table. The host said it would be 5 to 10 mins for a table. We waited 35 mins and still haven’t been seated. Two more family’s of 4 or more came in and never was greeted. They left after 10 mins or so. One of the young male employees was tell customers as they were cashing out how bad his manager was. After all of this the hostess came up to us and said they were swamped with mobile orders and would not be able to service us. It will be along time if ever I would come back to this restaurant. Staff was very unprofessional and in desperate need of retraining on customer service.
After being seated we waited 10-15 minutes and never got acknowledged although a served passed by us 3 times and never stopped. We gave up and just left if we couldn’t be acknowledged for drinks there was no hope of getting any food.
Eggs were not cooked as ordered. The served my granddaughters pancakes with out bringing syrup or butter. We had to ask for it and her sausage was burnt. They did take the sausage off the ticket and re did my eggs. It should have been right the first time. We were not the only ones who had a problem with there orders. The table across from us had trouble to. Will not be going back.
