Dont care for the rudeness of bartender. I went to pick up an order. Sbe told.me it would be ready in 2 min. I came back still not ready...she answered...IT WILL BE READY WHEN ITS READY ! I up and left ! Dont care for her attitude and treatment...She needs to go work at the zoo if she thinks she is talking to an animal. Needs customer service training stat ! Be nice to hispanic community as well as everyone else ! I will never go to Beef o bradys again. Will take my business elsewhere. Btw...the manager was very nice and professional and and said, she will talk with her. I hope she did. Attitude adjustment plz. Be careful who you hire. Make everyone feel welcome !
I went for lunch. Tabitha, the bartender was friendly and attentive. I had the Obradys burger which has its on special seasoning which was excellent. I ordered it medium rare and was cooked correctly which I have had issues in the past at other restaurants as most hamburgers are overdone. The side was grilled zucchini. I asked Tabitha to compliment the chef as it was the best zucchini I have eaten in a restaurant. They have several beer specials every day. I will be back.
Went to Lakeland to visit family & was so happy to hear a Beef o Brady was there!! None in my area. I got the 16 grilled shrimp aka great value! with curly fries & broccoli. Just as delicious as I remembered it! Staff was friendly & nice atmosphere too. Can't wait to visit again! And see family as well?
Service was good, but only one waitres.Wings were barely warm and chewy. Our onion rings were cold, tasted greasy. Don't think we will be back
I liked the split rooms, offers more quiet dinning. Our waitress was great, and the protein bowl was amazing!
I love Beefs. I had to call in for a pick up, I hurt my back. They were kind enough to being to car for me. Food was delicious.
