Friendly staff , clean place . Great Food .
My husband and I ordered a meal from the speciality menu. His came out cooked correctly. I ordered the Mongolian with chicken. The Mongolian has broccoli , carrots , onions and mushrooms. They were so overcook that the looked like they had been on a buffet bar for hours even burnt some. The chicken was dry as leather. I asked the waitress was it suppose to be this overcooked and she said no. She took it back to get it cooked again and said it would not take long.Fifty five minutes later way after my husband had finished his meal my rec-order meal was brought out and it looked overcooked again. I canceled my meal and I was not charged for it. Then the waitress told us if we come back to order the bowls. Three cooks work the bowl station. The specialty orders has one cook and that person also cooks all the appetizers. A re-cook of a stir fry should never take almost an hour. I was excited to eat dinner there but very disappointed and left only eating an appetizer. So glad I had ordered an appetizer. The waitress was very nice and apologized several times. I never saw a manager.
we had a great experience we took our kids with us. the waitress Brittany is awesome she found Wi-Fi for us to use off of her phone, so our son would stop crying ?. he wasn't necessarily watching his tablet but he needed the noise, Brittany realized this and jumped into action. all the staff were super helpful and friendly our dinner was awesome! we will be back
We’ve probably gone to this place hundreds of times even after it closed down for a short time. We were one of the first ready to come back and so happy to see it back. Over the last few visits we have noticed that the restaurant isn’t as clean as it used to be, but the staff was always nice and accommodating. This weekend we went there for what will be the last time for a while. The floors, the bar, the food areas and especially the bathroom are all disgusting. Our waitress was trying really hard but you could tell that she just did not enjoy working there and made several comments to us about how the current way of doing things was not the right way. The food I had ordered many of times before (I have a food allergy) was suddenly too hard for them to do.We waited for clean bowls, we waited for clean spoons, we waited for our drinks, we waited for appetizers. In fact my parents did not even get their appetizers until after we were all done eating. I’m hoping that may be this downhill turn is due to staffing issues and hopefully not a management issue. We will wait a few months and go back and see if anything improves. It’s such a shame because it’s used to be such a nice place and our go to place anytime we wanted to celebrate anything.
Guess I should have caught the hint when I called and asked if there was a wait. The hostess said that there was no wait and we couldn't Call Ahead anyway due to being short staffed.I'll just make a list to save writing a short book:1. Food bars: the food was mixed and unorganized. Especially, the meat bar. Thankfully, we are vegetarians.2. Server brought our bowl to us and she had her hands IN our bowls. ?2. Rice bowl was covered with aluminum foil vs the lid the usually comes on top of the bowl.3. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands (after getting the food grilled) and there were two workers in the bathroom talking. Here's their conversation:Worker 1: This place is really going down. It's not going last.Worker 2: I know. They don't even care anymore.Worker 1: it's disgusting here.4. No paper towels in the bathroom. What are the Employees wiping their hands on?After that, I went back to our table and...4. Had to get up and ask for silverware. Took 3 different people to get it to us. It wasn't clean.5. Trash and dirt on the floor, everywhere.We asked for our check and left. I feel nauseous?I wish we would have taken photos but we just wanted to get out.
If you have not been here, then get here. This place is fantastic! The food is great!Honestly it is a build it yourself and they cook it type place. They do have some recipe cards for those that are not as adventurous or new and want to try before experimenting.They give you a bowel, you go up and fill it with the ingredients you want. Then you can grab a sauce bowl (I recommend 2 to get it even saucier), and then take it to the cooks. It is cooked on a giant round iron griddle type device. It is fun to watch when they are busy. The staff are always friendly and the food is always great.Just a warning, the door can be difficult to open because of the pressure difference. I believe it is because of the venting for the cooking area. Just pull firmly and it will open.
Hmm, me and my son love this place. Ever since it opened we make a bowl and get rice and tortilla to make our own fajitas. That is the only way I have ever eaten there since it originally opened. Now the prices are 15.99 for 1 bowl and unlimited for 19.99, a decent price jump but understandable cause of Inflation. Now they also give you shallow bowls so you can't put as much food in them for the higher price and for a party of 3 you can only have maximum of 6 tortilla shells. I still love the food and making my own way, but the prices,shallow bowls and only 2 tortilla per person is hard to do all the time for the price. Can we bring our own tortilla?
Definitely an amazing and well kept establishment! Had a dine in with my love while here in Florida and it was such a big bd's! The food was amazing; the waitress was amazing and the chefs were amazing, everyone took care of us and made us feel special while dinning at this location! I will definitely be back for more steak when I get the chance!! And btw don't make a bad review about how bad the food was when YOU literally PICK YOUR OWN INGREDIENTS! Lmao
We love this place, food is fresh and cooked in front of you. Pile your bowl high. Cooks are excellent, servers could use more training in customer service. She was not thrilled that we had a coupon but we were a party of 9 and left her a 50 dollar tip. Perhaps she'll be more polite when someone is using a birthday coupon.
Absolutely wonderful! We celebrated my birthday here tonight and the service and food were both superb! Everyone was so personable from the hostess to the server to the grillers! Joseph Jr. was an incredible server! Would highly recommend! ❤️
