Ordered a milkshake and a sundae through Uber Eats. The sundae was fine, the milkshake was completely melted. It seemed like the shake sat out for a while before being picked up. Delivery was priority and it only takes 8 minutes to get to our house. This is not an Uber issue, it is definitely a Baskins Robbins issue.
They gave us fast excellent service. My grandkids love there icecream.
All the people who were there working were very rude not only to us but other customers and our ice cream was not good at all. We would not go back or recommend this place.
Horrible experience. Went there at 530 in the afternoon. No waffle cones available and even though there were 4 people behind the counter not one person helped us. Stood there for 5 minutes and was completely ignored. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
This had to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had I don't know who owns this one but it is run very poorly the manager at this location needs to find another job.

Hours were not correct and I drove 30 minutes for no reason. Obviously they don't care about ensuring customers are informed. Please update hours.
Advertised having flavored ice cream and yet didn't have them. Even called and asked and they said yes until I got there. Also tried my boyfriends and almost had an allergic reaction because I said no peanut butter or peanut products and there was some in his and my kiddos. Not going back ever. Would do 0 stars If I could. Staff also was rude as ever. First and last time at Baskin Robbins.
Staff was rude. Some ice-creams looked that at some point it had melted and then frozen again. When I asked for the flavor of the month on a cone they told me that it needed to be in a cup because it was melted. There were flies all-around so I ended up leaving to another location.
Seriously this DD needs better employees. They can't seem to get not one order right in the last 6 months.Could it be none of them can read? And the customer service is just horrible! No sugar, no cream, no donuts, this is rediculous! How do you even stay in business?! ?????
